He was very polite and not at all put off by my advanced age. My only complaint was with the store not having the phone I actually wanted in stock. He called the other store in town and they had the phone but not the color. Seems items for sale should be kept in stock available for purchase.”

“Tom was a little rude at first and had us waiting outside the store on his lunch hour but it turned out to be a big misunderstanding. We had contacted the other store trying to get help which ended up causing confusion between us and Tom.
He was really helpful and turned out to be a really nice guy that was dedicated to getting everything set up for my elder friend. She was completely set up to go when we left!

“The people were great and worked hard to help but did not have the depth of knowledge that long time Verizon corporate stores have and ultimately were not able to solve the problem of not having service on the phones on our business account. We've been out of service for 7 days. I am hopeful this is the last after speaking Directly with Verizon's fraud department and not having Victra's people be the intermediary.”

I'm sorry I don't remember your name, but they had the phone in stock that My friend needed pretty much the only store in the Ohio Valley that had it. Heck I think I would take the trip to Warwood just as long as she's working if I'm going to make a purchase. She was just a joy, and helped my friend out a lot. “This was an absolute excellent experience probably one of the better ones I've had during reviews in a long time the people here are very kind they allowed me to come in there to take some pictures and to help boost their business. I got to talk to you in about a lot of different phones and things like that. They let me check out the new Motorola RZR 2026 but I'm not sure that it's worth buying it's the guy was literally dead honest to me and I really appreciate that he's like it's basically the same phone with just a new year number on it

“I had a smashed iPhone 15 pro screen and I thought the whole phone was gone because it was smashed in the truck tailgate. I couldn't believe the guy when he said it would only take 20 minutes to fix. I got the phone back and it's as good as new and looks great with a good price and very friendly staff.”
