“I rarely do reviews unless it's over the top. I bought an bike from china 4 years ago, everybody in Northern Ohio turned me down to work on it because it was not their product, and from china. Thay's everybody EXCEPT Outspoken E-bikes.. service was fast, on point for what was needed, and affordable. They're open on Sunday, and the owner went above and beyond to let me pick it up last minute. I can now enjoy family time safely. Everybody in the neighborhood is driving by blowing the horn waving to them on their bikes. Stop taking your bikes elsewhere and schedule to go to Outspoken in Parma Heights NOW, trust me”
“We had an outstanding experience at this shop, thanks to Alex. From the moment we walked in, they were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right e-bike—not just selling us something.
Alex took the time to understand how we planned to use the bike, walked us through multiple options, explained the differences clearly, and made sure we felt confident in our final decision. No pressure, no rush—just honest advice and top-notch service.
If you’re looking for an e-bike and want guidance you can actually trust, this is the place to go. Huge thanks to Alex for making the whole process easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!”
“This is the shop to trust! I came to them for some performance struggles with my bike and was trying to avoid just buying a new one. Travis worked with me to find the right solution and the end result was exactly what I needed. Super happy to have a bike guy in town going forward!”
“Store hours are not correct. We just drove 2 hours 1 way to buy parts on a Saturday. No one in the store.
I wanna update my review. I was a little worked up by the shop not being open by the times posted. Luckily we waited around a few min, the owner showed up and opened shop. We got every part we wanted plus a few extras we wasn't planning on getting. Now we have about 90% of the parts to put our bike together”

“Excellent service. Took my wheel to a well known bike shop this morning and they couldn’t even get it apart. Brought it here and he had it apart and rebuilt in 15 minutes. Did it right away and charged a very fair price. Will definitely return if I need something in the future!”
