Somewhat rude staff in parts department but picking up parts was a better experience. O and with all the staff walking around in the drop off area I was surprised I waited 20 minutes for someone to bring a machine out that was 50ft away. To tell me they didn't know what was going on with it.

its okay counter salesman seem more interested in online.sales than.in person at the counter. the gentleman romeos the warehouse that brought our parts out to the truck was great. good personality and knew what we were there for when we pulled up in company truck..
