“Have been doing my postal transactions with the Bath, Ohio Post Office for 8 years and have receive excellent, professional, friendly service with each visit. I can understand customer frustration with the hours, but this is a smaller office with smaller staff, and this is something to expect. All you need to do is go to the larger offices and deal with the staff there in order to fully appreciate the Bath office.”
“I have came over a few times to get mail from po box and the doors are locked when they should be open at 8:30 am going by the hours posted on the door for lobby hrs 6:30am very inconvenient. Please have responsible people for this job.
Have returned plenty of times after this post and seems to be taken care of, thank you for addressing issue!!”
“Had a package that was sent incorrectly the post office was on it the moment I sent a request for a case. With in a day my package is rerouted and coming to me. They even called to tell me. “Had an awesome experience today. Tried Brunswick because the employees at Medina are rude and unhelpful and Brunswick did not disappoint! I was offered assistance with the right envelope and address label for my passport application as soon as I walked in by Arnold and he allowed me to use his stapler to attach my passport photo. Thank you for taking the time to make this a great experience, Arnold!”

“Jamie contacted me and initially I thought I had not received a response so unfortunately I left a survey stating this, but after noticing that I had the missed voicemail I emailed to update that case as I did later receive my package. I know it is the season so a few days late is not the end of the world, just glad I did end up receiving the package and glad there was someone who attempted to contact me even if I missed it.”

“We find this location very dependable and prefer it over the closer NORO one. I like that the have self service largehopper bin in the lobby for after hours parcel drop off. Been going here for years never had any problems. 5 stars!!!”
