About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service location is a long-standing local branch for all postal needs. The staff are described as the best, fantastic, friendly, helpful, cheerful, and professional. They are appreciated for their positive attitude and for never acting like customers are an inconvenience. Multiple reviewers specifically go out of their way to use this location because of the excellent service, noting employees who move things along efficiently and happily assist with scanning and shipping many packages. The location offers walk-in passport services. A common point is that there can sometimes be long lines and wait times, particularly on weekends or during peak hours, which is noted as a staffing issue rather than a reflection on the quality of the dedicated workers. This branch has undergone a complete turnaround in customer service.
