“Have been doing my postal transactions with the Bath, Ohio Post Office for 8 years and have receive excellent, professional, friendly service with each visit. I can understand customer frustration with the hours, but this is a smaller office with smaller staff, and this is something to expect. All you need to do is go to the larger offices and deal with the staff there in order to fully appreciate the Bath office.”
“Such a great experience every time. Such a vast difference compared to the Brooklyn post office (near Giant Eagle), where they are always in a sour mood and rude. This location is wonderful!”

“So far, I haven't had any bad days coming here and even with 2 people at the front its pretty quick. Overall, I don't know if they need more help or not but the ladies were kind to me this past weekend as I forgot to do some of my own shipping requirements at home but they helped me and took me as soon as possible afterwards. Explained some information to me, easy as pie. Also followed up if I wanted the stamps and cards, etc.My first time here was late 2021 and it was also pretty empty inside and quick. So both of my trips were simple. Overall, the service wasn't bad for me.”

“Staff members seem to enjoy their work and will open additional windows if busy. I’m typically greeted with a smile and asked if there is anything else they could do for me. It’s a post office, and the employees shouldn’t be held responsible for a poorly designed facility and parking lot.”
“Had a package that was sent incorrectly the post office was on it the moment I sent a request for a case. With in a day my package is rerouted and coming to me. They even called to tell me. “Much more friendly and efficient than the Shaker PO--although Shaker's just horribly understaffed and it may not be the employees' fault. Anyway, if you live in Shaker and are sick of long lines at Warrensville, try this location. Wish I could've gotten my PO Box at this location but with my zip code I was stuck using Warrensville for that.”
“I love coming here. My boyfriend set up my PO BOX before I made the official move to this state. It's always quiet and clean. But expect long lines, especially Mondays (see photo) and not very many workers for some reason. I guess this is the result of closed Sundays (my day off)”
“Very knowledgeable and efficient staff. Everytine ive gone, there's instant service and not much if any other people in there so it's fast too. Have helped me figure out passport renewal and sending packages overseas.”

“We find this location very dependable and prefer it over the closer NORO one. I like that the have self service largehopper bin in the lobby for after hours parcel drop off. Been going here for years never had any problems. 5 stars!!!”
