“Chandler was outstanding! Very patient, explained things thoroughly, found the answers to the many nonstandard questions we had. Helped us get our electronics connected and made sure we understand how to adjust everything in the vehicle.”
“Okay... Cleveland International airport is going through renovations. You need to pay attention during car rental return. The GPS will take you to the front of the rental center. However, the return station is in the back of the building. This is expecially important very early in the morning when it is dark. As you approach the rental center veer to your right and follow the rental return signs. Now.. the return station opens at 5:30pm. If you are returning prior to 5:29 am, that is okay. There is nobody around the return area. Follow marked signs and park your car. Take 4 photos of the car. Front 2 sides and a back photo . You will thank me for this. Here is why . In the event someone hits the car after you are long gone, you have proof of no damage return.
Lock the car and take the keys to the return locked box. This is a lighted area with a sign to deposit the car keys. Drop your keys here. Pull handle few times to ensure the key falls into the box. Then you can proceed to inside the return center. The box runs frequently.
There's always a security guard at the center that early in the morning. I arrived around 4am. Safety travels.”

“I had an amazing experience with Enterprise in Strongsville! I am planning to rent a premium SUV for an upcoming roadtrip, and I decided to evaluate my experience at multiple rental agencies in advance to determine which one will provide the best experience. Enterprise Strongsville won hands down.
The vehicle I received was exactly what I reserved. It was clean and newer - only 12K miles. The other agency had one with over 90K miles.
Customer service was fabulous. The employee who assisted me was friendly and took the time to explain the features of the vehicle to me - an experience I don’t normally receive when I rent from the airport.
Check in and check out was smooth and I had no wait. Overall, I was very pleased and will choose Enterprise for my roadtrip.”

“We were in a car accident and had to rent from this Enterprise. What a stupendous group of people to deal with. I wish I remembered all of their names. Ana was running the show along with another young lady who had recently moved here from the south. Ana was shorthanded and another young man, equally as helpful and polite picked us up. In addition, another young man, who answered my questions about rental return (his name starts with a J) was also very helpful and polite. Lately, a young crew such as this one doesn't happen very often. Kudos to this young team, that gives Enterprise a good review. Please reward them somehow! ?⭐”

“Took 16ft truck from Ohio to Texas. Avg 10mpg. Truck was comfortable with good AC. Tires were good. Top speed set about 77 but you don't need to go faster in that kind of truck anyway. Just beware of that limit when passing other trucks or you'll upset the four-wheeler behind you. LOL. It will teach you to have patience with the big-rigs.”

“Great friendly customer service, Steve is a a great customer Service Rep for Budget, my only complaint is that the cars don't seem to be serviced as they had been in the past. Within 20 minutes in the car, the low tire light came on. Steve did swamp me out with no problem”

“My sisters and I flew into the Cleveland Airport from all around the country for our bi-annual gathering last Monday, September 29th. It was my job to rent the car. When I got to the Hertz Desk, Evie, the attendant looked up my reservation and said that it was actually set for downtown Cleveland. I would not have made a downtown reservation as we were all flying into the airport. It took well over an hour, but with Evie’s help, the support specialist I finally got connected to canceled that downtown reservation without penalty and Evie got us a comparable minivan for our 5 day visit to Ohio. She was patient and supportive and very helpful, and helped this very tired traveler and her sisters get on the road for a wonderful vacation. Thank you, Evie!!!”
“Avis is a great company to rent from.Be aware of Stephen the independent operator here.I also experienced him trying to get me to clean the car i rented. It was not excessively dirty.Avis corporate was very helpful and refunded my cleaning fee.I will definitely go with Avis again just not this location.”
