“I had a concern with an NSF being posted to my Money Market account due to an electronic transfer. I was charged $37.00, but I spoke to a Taleris Customer Service rep by the name of Yesmaris. She was very helpful in explaining why I was charged the NSF, but I was not happy about it as I felt that it was unfair. Yesmaris agreed to escalate my appeal to management, and the NSF charge was ultimately reversed within a couple of days. Throughout the process, Yesmaris was considerate, professional, and understanding. Kudos to her for understanding what CUSTOMER SERVICE really means!”
“I once had direct deposit with Navy Federal when I started receiving Social Security, Child Support found out and took my Social Security for that Month almost causing me to be evicted from my apartment and causing checks that I had wrote ( NAVY FEDERAL CHECKS ). and caused my Navy Federal account to be closed. I am an eight year Marine Corps Disabled Marine Corps Veteran Twice Honorable Discharged and I personally feel I should lose a Credit Union that I have been dealing with since Marine Corps Boot Camp. I feel it is a disgrace that the Child Support System are allowed to destroy individuals personal accounts without allowing them a second chance, it to the VA. Over thirty five years to diagnose me with PTSD which has affected me all of my life in all areas of my life. If any consideration would be given into REOPENING MY PREVIOUS ACCOUNT BASED ON NO NEGLIGENCE OF MY OWN BUT THE COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, STATE OF OHIO.”
