“Jay was great! I came in late on a Friday afternoon for an estimate. He gave me a very fair price- $1600 less than another estimate I received! He ordered the parts and said I can bring it in on Monday. I’m so appreciative and excited to see my car as good as new.”

“My wife had a minor mishap pulling into our garage during a heavy rain storm by clipping the garage and damaging the right rear passenger door. My wife found LJI Collision Center on the internet and was inspired that it was a female owned business. From the time we brought the car there for the initial assessment until we picked the car up the process was seamless. We originally went to their Beachwood location, but they would not be able to start work on the car until late September conflicting with a trip we had planned in early October. Bonnie reached out other sister Jill their Cleveland Heights location and were able to get it in right away. They handled everything from dealing with our insurance company to keeping us informed as to the status of the repairs. When we picked up the car, we were blown away as the car never looked as if there was damage to it, not to mention that it had been fully detailed and looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I would like to thank Jill and her staff for what was a truly pleasurable experience under a normally stressful situation. I would highly recommend LJI Collision as they do great work and are truly a family run business that cares about their customers.”

“We had a great experience buying our Discovery from Land Rover Westside! Jeremy Gray made the whole process so easy for us. We had a million questions (and probably asked some of them more than once 😂), and he was always patient, helpful and one step ahead of us with the things he knew we’d want to know. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish and we never felt rushed or pressured. Definitely recommend this dealership , and if you go, ask for Jeremy!”

“Well it would be too long of a story to post (I hit Bambi on the turnpike) but I’ll summarize it like this - everyone here is incredibly kind, and the owner went wayyyy above and beyond to take care of us. My wife and I are both very grateful for how we were treated and while we hope we don’t have to be customers again soon, we know we’ll always come back here!”

“I was involved in a hail storm here in northeast Ohio in the middle of April and my Tesla is banged up pretty bad. I took it to D&S Auto Body on Tylor Boulevard in Mentor Ohio. They had my car for two weeks. I had zero communication so I went to visit them on my day off and they said they totaled my car without even telling me. State Farm uses them for their cars that have damage. They didn’t have the skills to fix my car properly, so that’s when I called my State Farm rep told them I was going to take it to Harden Auto Body, they approved it. I worked with Rick and he was very professional, empathetic and said that my car was not totaled and they could fix it. Three weeks later I got my car back. It looks brand new and I’m completely satisfied. The job they did was amazing, most of the work was painless at Removal. There was some painting, but not even the Body Shop at my dealership that I work at, couldn’t tell at the car was fixed. If you have a scratch, a dent or a collision, the place to bring your car is Harden Auto Body in Mayfield Ohio. Ask for Rick, He’ll keep you informed every step of the way. And the bonus was, when I picked my car up, It was cleaned vacuumed, the windows were done. The car looked like it was delivered to me brand new.”

“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

“Parma Auto Body and the owner Bill is amazing. Bill is professional, pleasant, keeps you informed every step of the way, easy to work with, fair pricing and loves his work. I had my front end repaired after a fender bender. He found other damage underneath and fixed that too. Car is beautiful, all OEM parts. If you need body work take your car nowhere else but Parma Auto Body.”

“Bedford Nissan has the best customer service ever! No other Nissan dealers come close to them! As a proud owner of 5 Nissan vehicles, I only trust Bedford Nissan with servicing my vehicles. The service manager at Bedford Nissan is by far the BEST service manager in this area. He treats every customer with dignity and respect. I drive 30 minutes to get my Nissan vehicles at Bedford Nissan when I could to another Nissan 5 minutes from my house. That’s how amazing the service is at Bedford Nissan. “Came here after a small accident on my GMC Terrain- during my time I dealt with Mary, Austin & Daniel - all 3 were great with communication AND listening. During my initial quote, I was able to elaborate my concerns and what I wanted to ensure was looked at/fixed. Dropped my car off on a Monday - was to be picked up Friday. Due to damages being more extensive once repairs started, they extended my date 5 days. During this time they were very accommodating to assist me with my requests and communicated any delays/updates they had. The car was fixed and painted very well. My car felt better leaving than it did bringing it in. They took all my calls, answered questions and also vacuumed my car! Very impressed and will recommend.”

“Jared J. Is the man!! He is very knowledgeable on EV batteries. He was very helpful and we got everything going well. Professional and straightforward. It is hard to find guys or shops like this nowadays. I highly recommend Green Tec Auto and I highly recommend having Jared work on your vehicle. Very easy going and not hard to speak with. I appreciate his effort and time on saving my Lexus. Once again, he's the man.”

“Had a flat tire on my way home and called my insurance for roadside assistance. They quoted me 45-75 minutes, but Ed showed up in just 15! He was fast, professional, and incredibly friendly the whole time. He changed my tire quickly and even took a minute to show me what he was doing in case I'm ever in a bind again. Above-and-beyond service-- highly recommend Ed if he's the one who shows up for your roadside assistance call!”

“I have never trusted or felt more comfortable leaving my repairs in a mechanic's hands than I do with Rex. He has never steered me wrong and he makes an effort at every chance to save me money without risking the safety of me or my car. And when it ends up being a bit more costly of a repair, he walks me through exactly what the issue was and what's needed to fix it. Even going so far as to save broken parts or old filters to show me. We bring all our cars to him and have for years. So glad to have found a local mechanic with such integrity and passion for his work. Thank you, Rex!”

“Just made a brief stop in at this Auto Zone and had a good experience with Nathan. I had an issue at the self checkout and he was quick to help and was super friendly. It's the basics and small stuff that most places are lacking these days. Friendly staff that's helpful and has a smile. Thanks for keeping the basics alive Nathan!”

“Kirk has always had what we have needed for batteries at a good price. But their crew was always gruff and grumpy. However, in the last few visits, they have really turned around their attitudes and service. We've always shopped here for batteries but now can do so without dreading our interactions!”

“I was in an accident and originally my car was sent to the Bedford location on Aurora Road. There were quite a few people ahead of me, so to get my car started they sent it to the North Royalton location. Both locations were awesome, but North Royalton gave top-tier service. Courtney communicated updates with me daily, showed she really cared, and did everything she could to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. They truly did an amazing job! My car looks great!!”

“After a neighborhood auto repair shop, much beloved by the community, closed for owners' retirement, I was concerned about finding another auto mechanic. The retiring mechanic offered other options. My first time choosing Bob's Automotive was a success. Despite being incredibly busy, Bob answered my initial call and was positive from the start. My son's 15 year old Mazda 2 was not drivable. Bob found a way to identify the problem, give me clear and honest info, and repair the rear shocks within a few days. Many thanks to Bob. I highly recommend their services.”

“Took my Chevy Cruz here for some unknown problems, they took one look and told me what it could be. Fast forward a day I dropped off my car and it was done and fixed in just a few hours. I’m never going anywhere else again, if I could give this place a higher rating I would! Customer for life!”
