“My wife had a minor mishap pulling into our garage during a heavy rain storm by clipping the garage and damaging the right rear passenger door. My wife found LJI Collision Center on the internet and was inspired that it was a female owned business. From the time we brought the car there for the initial assessment until we picked the car up the process was seamless. We originally went to their Beachwood location, but they would not be able to start work on the car until late September conflicting with a trip we had planned in early October. Bonnie reached out other sister Jill their Cleveland Heights location and were able to get it in right away. They handled everything from dealing with our insurance company to keeping us informed as to the status of the repairs. When we picked up the car, we were blown away as the car never looked as if there was damage to it, not to mention that it had been fully detailed and looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I would like to thank Jill and her staff for what was a truly pleasurable experience under a normally stressful situation. “I was involved in a hail storm here in northeast Ohio in the middle of April and my Tesla is banged up pretty bad. I took it to D&S Auto Body on Tylor Boulevard in Mentor Ohio. They had my car for two weeks. I had zero communication so I went to visit them on my day off and they said they totaled my car without even telling me.
State Farm uses them for their cars that have damage. They didn’t have the skills to fix my car properly, so that’s when I called my State Farm rep told them I was going to take it to Harden Auto Body, they approved it.
I worked with Rick and he was very professional, empathetic and said that my car was not totaled and they could fix it. Three weeks later I got my car back. It looks brand new and I’m completely satisfied.
The job they did was amazing, most of the work was painless at Removal. There was some painting, but not even the Body Shop at my dealership that I work at, couldn’t tell at the car was fixed.

Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution.
