“I went to get my first custom tuxedo from Self-Made Couture, and although I've heard great things about this company and I have seen their work, my experience completely exceeded my expectations. They were professional, knowledgeable, skilled and had a true passion and love for their craft. This place had a great atmosphere and it seems like the suit/tux customization options were limitless to truly create a 1 of 1 tuxedo. I have had several bespoke pieces made before and was looking to have another suit and shirt made for a special occasion. I looked around at several Cleveland stores and decided to go in on a Friday afternoon to see what Christophier had available. In between several other walk-in clients I was immediately accommodated. Maurice Jr. took almost an hour just to figure out what I was interested in. There are no flashy sales gimmicks here. He truly want's you to look the best you can in the style you want. We went through dozens of swatches to come up with my new clothes and they went to work making it. It took about 8 weeks and was reasonably priced for the intense amount of detail. At the first fitting it fit almost perfect off just the measurements. They had it tailored in the shoulders, waist, and pant cuffs (about 0.25-0.5 inches in each place) within 48 hours and I got called back in for my final fitting. The clothes, shoes, ties, and fragrances are all great here but Maurice's service sets them apart. Thank you to anyone that read this long review, but I'm a lifelong customer now and recommend anyone interested in high-quality clothes from a locally owned business to see Christophier Custom Clothiers.”

“Went to RH in Parma and was helped by Sam. She was very helpful and friendly. The prices are great compared to the stadium. There's so much to choose from at this location when it comes to Cleveland sports! I'd love to see more Cleveland Monsters swag but they at least did have some shirts and hats to support our local AHL squad!”

“I truly cannot speak highly enough of Geiger‘s excellence to customer service and integrity! Justin spent two hours making sure that I found the right skis and the right boots. His commitment to customer service is incredible. Buying skis is a very big purchase so he was definitely a blessing from God helping me through the entire process and making sure everything was right. Even if it takes him a long time to work through something, he always ensures that it’s done the right way. For example, Even after I was there for two hours the first time when I went skiing, the second time I buckled my boots too tight. I went back and just spent an additional 45 minutes of his time going over how to properly buckle the boots. Then when I went skiing after that, I had so much fun!!! Geiger’s and Justin have my continued business with all my Ski needs!!!”
