“There are truly no words to accurately describe this boutique or the owner. The clothing is second to NONE and so is the OWNER! She keeps you looking AMAZING! She helps put your look together. Anything you need you can get at Dresscode! The space is beautiful. Her other customers quickly become your friends while shopping. There is peace in the building, so much so customers stay longer than just to buy her amazing pieces they start helping you shop, you just start conversations. I have never before felt that kind of amazing energy while shopping. Now that I have, she will forever be my first stop when I have any event, whether it be date night, concert, church whatever. She will be last stop too because I have NEVER had to search for another look somewhere else once going to Dresscode. If you haven’t been, do yourself a favor and go! You won’t be disappointed. What you get at Dresscode, you can’t get anywhere else. I’ve been shopping with her for years. The business is special because the owner is.”
“I’ve shopped at this Untuckit numerous times, always a great experience with great staff! Yesterday, associate I’Dris assisted me finding what I needed. And today, the items I purchased went on sale, so I was able to call back to get the sale price. When I called back, I’Dris was working and took care of the refund in less then five minutes! Again, great service and I will be back to purchase more clothing.”
“Made a trip to Brigade today (Sept 3rd 2023) and everytime I make a trip up to the Beachwood Mall. I make a special trip every few months from the Pittsburgh area.The guys who work at Brigade are always really helpful and give top notch customer service as well.The selection of clothes are always super fresh and cutting edge, and are priced nice.I've shopped here the past few years and will continue to come back.5 stars all day long!”

I can honestly say everyone is extremely professional as well as customer service oriented. every time I’ve shop Beachwood location. this is the only one that I will shop at for the record. “My typical visit to Express as annual customer is quite average and below, specially in Beachwood location. However, today’s visit I came through twice to make sure I wasn’t dreaming.
The minute I stepped I had been greeted by an elegant smile, swift service in checkout and so calm and appreciative in nature, to paint picture, in my last year visit I purchased 4 suites and wanted garment bag for each, at the time I needed to fight for each and for the hangers and was faced with attitude , on contrary to today, I asked to check price of four items and requested a garment for my dresses, and had received beyond an excellent service and no hassle. Fast and on time.
P.S. this was all one person and remainder of staff were friendly too! Shout out to Najih for making it a lovely experience.”

“I am surprised to see such low reviews here! I am actually here because I had really good experience yesterday at this location! I was there looking for a necklace that was already sold out online but was shown as last one in stock at this location. I looked around and couldn’t find it so I asked the staff to help. They all took it seriously, took their time and eventually found the necklace for me! The store is not that close to me, so I was so happy that they found it! Kudos to them!”

“My 8 year old son and I had a wonderful experience at this location. Mo took time to help my son discover the world of suits and colone. His gentle but firm nature made my son feel like a little man. We enjoyed every minute. And Mo did a fabulous job tailoring the suit jacket. The entire fit was inspired by Mo, even the shoes selection. My son was so sharp at our 100th year church anniversay. Thank you Mo, we will be back!”
