“I was passing through the city from half way across the country. 12 hours into my journey, I by chance, decided to stop here. I really wanted hot food, I needed hot food to keep my spirits up. A man greeted me from behind the counter. He told me all of the options for meals he had to offer. He offered to turn his equipment on early so I could have a hot meal. I waited and bought 2 full size subs. It was amazing!! These were the most delicious sandwiches I have ever bought. Hands down.The customer service he offered was friendly, quick, and personable. Moon and his father who started the business are by far the nicest people in Lakewood that own a store.However I understand it is hard to get help these days but I’m to the point if I don’t see Moons truck I Will not stop in .There is one or two girls that work there that should not be dealing will the public.They appear to hate there job and it shows.The redhead if she still works there complains every time I want lottery and half the time she gets it wrong.The only reason I still patronize the store is because Moon and his family are such a great people.”

The customer base here is edgy and can be rude to employees when they 'the customers' don't get exactly what they want when they want it. Entitled.”
