“Great place with friendly staff, and prices are reasonable for it's convenience. Not too overpriced on everyday goods.
The customer base is fairly bad though. Every single time I come in there is a customer trying a scam of some sort. Usually the customer saying they gave the attendant more money than they actually did, or ordering food saying someone else is paying for it. I'm not joking either when I say it happens every single time I'm at this location. I feel bad for the workers having to put up with crap like that all day, every day.”
“They have a lot of high quality food items. I like the peanut butter they make. The machine is right there and you can see the only ingredient is peanuts. I also like their selection of butters.”
“I can appreciate the workers here being polite and patient. I lost feeling in my hand in March and a lot of people that work at stores in general don't have a lot of patience with me, and payment at places with these workers are worst part of not being able to use my right hand. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the sales department. They treated me very poorly and the vehicle I purchased has mechanical defects. The wipers do not work well, the hiter and air conditioning control only has 2 speeds and the front axle makes a lot of noise, it seems that the suspension system and the ball joints need to be changed. Additionally, my financing is with a bank that has to be paid $4.00 for each time the payments are made. Also, the financing is for 72 months, I thought it would be for 60 months. I was told none of this when I bought the 2015 Escape with 89,000-odd miles. I would like to speak to the dealer's manager because that is not how customers should be treated.
