“This is the place, to find all manner of Real-Live heavy duty "Marine Supplies"! (They were originally, a "Ship Chandler", as I understand...) I have also bought many pieces of hardware useful for tree trimming, over the years, from Samsel. They are splicers of wire, as well and can make your cables "Taylor Made" for your particular application. Very high quality hand tools here, as well.”

“So sorry this took me so long. When I went to Airgas it was October 2nd. I had a problem with my oxygen. When opening the valve it made a popping noise and oxygen was escaping. I called Airgas and spoke with Leahbain, she basically diagnosed it over the phone. I traveled to the store to buy an oxygen regulator after speaking with Leahbain and discussing my options and due to the age of my equipment. I purchased a (85801-300-DLX) Torch Kit. Installed just the regulator and the oxygen worked perfectly. Then I installed the other regulator, torch and hoses. Works great right decision.

“The ONLY Harbor Freight I will ever shop at again! Great customer service with knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful staff and a super manager! And they always, always have everything in stock, including all the sale/specials items that the other Harbor Freight stores never seem to have, even on the first day of their sales. And no pressure to join their “Member-Only” club, which the other stores are relentless about. Very clean, well-organized aisles make this location a pleasure to do business with. I’ve save a lot of $ shopping here & have gotten some helpful advice as well. Highly recommend this place!”

“Found out about this Hardware store from a BIG BOX employee when I could not find what I wanted. He told me if they don't have what you are looking for you are out of luck. So, I gave it a try and have been back often. Great place it reminded me of the neighborhood hardware stores where I grew up.

As someone who owns and rehabs old houses, it’s a cool place to shop (or just browse some of the classiest and also weirdest stuff from the past).But, I also tend to have a lot of cool stuff that I’ve removed from houses but had no use for. My mom called the president of the company his name was Dan. He proceeded to help my parents get everything squared away. He never questioned them just listened and took care of them and made sure they were completely satisfied. Great company to purchase from Dan made everything right for my parents. “This is one of the better hardware stores I have been in, and that is saying something because most of the chain stores all start to feel exactly the same after a while. Same layout, same vibe, same experience. This location stands out because it is simply run better, and you can feel that the moment you walk in.
The first thing I noticed was how organized everything is. The aisles are neat, products are stocked in a way that actually makes sense, and it does not feel like you are wandering through chaos trying to find one specific part. Even when you are there for something random or very specific, it is easier to locate what you need because the store is well maintained and clearly managed with attention to detail. It sounds simple, but it makes the whole shopping trip faster and less frustrating.
The staff is another big reason I prefer this location. They are genuinely friendly and approachable, and it feels like they actually want to help rather than just point you toward an aisle and disappear. When you ask a question, you get real help, not attitude. The overall atmosphere is quiet and friendly, which is surprisingly refreshing compared to the loud, hectic feel you get in some big box stores.
I also want to mention the cleanliness because it matters. The bathrooms are clean, and the store overall feels clean and well cared for. That is usually a good reflection of how the place is managed, and it matches the rest of the experience here. Management and customer service are clearly above par. This store feels like it is being run by people who take pride in doing things the right way, not just doing the minimum.
Overall, if you have multiple hardware store options in the area and you are trying to decide where to go, I would recommend this one. It is a little better than the other locations I have been in, mainly because it is organized, friendly, calm, and well managed. It makes a quick stop for supplies feel easy instead of annoying, and that is exactly what a hardware store should be.”
“First for everything. Never been in E&H. Just came here from SC visiting family and I had such an amazing experience here with Kara and Dzmetri. Outstanding customer service from these 2 employees and I mean outstanding service. Well mannered and simply delivered! I spent a while in this store and noticed the two of them working hard with answering customers concerns while handling multiple customers. Both will multitask and go from one end of the store to the other. I will be definitely let my family know here to shop at this store and I thank the 2 of you for showing how dedicated you are to your store. We need this in South Carolina! Edit: I provided an unfair review as I was frustrated by their part in a frustrating process. DeWalt customer service directed me to them through their online portal and after driving for 45 minutes to get there was turned away and given a different company another 20 minutes away.
They were friendly and helpful, but unable to help with my problem so cannot judge quality of service.”
