“We’ve had a positive experience at Lowe’s at Parma Square. The store has a large selection of home improvement supplies, tools, hardware, lumber, building materials, and plenty of items for both small projects and larger renovations. The aisles are generally well organized, and the signs make it fairly easy to find the department you need. What stands out most to me is the staff. The crew has been friendly and helpful when we’ve needed assistance finding something or had questions about a product. There were employees available throughout the store, which makes a big difference in a store this large. They also had some nice promotional displays and deals set up during our visit. Checkout went smoothly, and the employee assisting customers near the register was pleasant and helpful. Overall, this is a convenient Lowe’s location with a good selection and, most importantly, helpful employees. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had shopping for home improvement supplies.”

“I won't go into full detail, but I was confused about the financing when I made my original purchase. Raymal at the front end and Roberta at customer service got me all figured out and helped me arrange everything exactly how I wanted it after I screwed it up a bit. These two are stellar employees, especially Raymal since I doubt he had to be as accommodating as he was. That really shows me he wants to help his guests and not just do what he absolutely must. 10 star review for these two employees!”

“This is for Kim and Cassandra in customer service. I placed an order on website, but couldn’t find/access to add delivery note. So I called the store. Both ladies were very helpful in replying to my questions, and Kim even put a note on my order so it would be delivered properly. Thank you both so much for making my day much easier. It was delivered where I wanted, before I got home. And since 3rd party delivery service, and I have no clue, they also were rockstars. Order was stacked neatly, out of the way, making it much easier for me to move where I needed it to go.”

“My cousin took me this store about a month and half ago to look some affordable furniture for my bedroom. I seen a nice queen size bed pieces. We come back the about a week ago. It was still there. I got it , then I got the bedroom dresser, an end table, a lamp, A tv stand for my living room, I got my cousin a chair and he loves. My bedroom furniture I love it so much. I got a queen size bed set for an another. It all works out. The people who were there are so nice.”

I was in and out of there so quickly I couldn't believe it! Mary took care of me with my phone number and made the whole transaction very smooth. She was extremely Pleasant! “Generally, a pretty good place. I’ve done a lot of business with them over the years. Recently went in on a quiet Sunday morning and they have this Halloween display, cackling, and screeching throughout the store. I highly suggest that they put that sound on a push button display so if somebody’s really interested, they can press it to hear what it sounds like. Other than that, I don’t think customers and employees really need to hear that all day. Terrible!”

“I had a mixed experience at the lumber department of this Home Depot. We purchased plywood and needed it cut. The representative Craig helped us first, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Later, when I got home, I realized the plywood needed to be cut another 1/2 inch, so I returned to the store. This time the representative was Adrian, and unfortunately the experience was very different. He was unprofessional, refused to cut the plywood, and seemed to have an attitude when I politely asked if someone else could help. When I asked about the other employee, he said he was the only one there. I then spoke with the onsite manager, who listened to the issue and helped resolve the situation. We waited for Craig to return, and he immediately helped us and cut the plywood without any problem. Craig was extremely professional, experienced, and clearly takes pride in his work. Employees like him make a big difference in customer experience. 5 stars for Craig. Adrian, on the other hand, may benefit from additional customer service and lumber department training”
