“Best hardware store in Cleveland, especially if you’re actually in the city vs the suburbs. It’s easy to get to with a rear location. Plenty of free parking in their lot. The place really shines when it comes to their service. If you have any questions about tools, hardware, paint, building supplies. This is the place to go! Contractors can set-up accounts for employees, or individuals can use cash/card. They carry tons of Milwaukee power tools, hardware, pack-out, hands tools, trade tools. As well as several other name brands. My favorite section is their hardware section. It’s fully stocked 80% of the time and they have EVERYTHING! For all trades and DIY. Metric and SAE”

I was in and out of there with everything I needed in less time than it takes to even find the right aisle at the big box store. “So sorry this took me so long. When I went to Airgas it was October 2nd. I had a problem with my oxygen. When opening the valve it made a popping noise and oxygen was escaping. I called Airgas and spoke with Leahbain, she basically diagnosed it over the phone. I traveled to the store to buy an oxygen regulator after speaking with Leahbain and discussing my options and due to the age of my equipment. I purchased a (85801-300-DLX) Torch Kit. Installed just the regulator and the oxygen worked perfectly. Then I installed the other regulator, torch and hoses. Works great right decision.

As someone who owns and rehabs old houses, it’s a cool place to shop (or just browse some of the classiest and also weirdest stuff from the past).But, I also tend to have a lot of cool stuff that I’ve removed from houses but had no use for. “I was having a rare problem with a new Makita miter saw not cutting straight- made slightly curved cuts. It appeared the rails and blade weren't parallel. Out of warranty, so brought it to Tri- County Power Tool. Everyone was extremely nice and I really appreciated them taking the time to listen and to explain details. They figured out the adjustment to the rails and told me exactly what to do if it happens again. Excellent experience. Very nice to work with good, honest people!”
“My parents recently purchased a walk in shower for their home. They had a lot of issues when ordering the right style and parts to go with our shower and it put them behind with installation. My mom called the president of the company his name was Dan. He proceeded to help my parents get everything squared away. He never questioned them just listened and took care of them and made sure they were completely satisfied. Great company to purchase from Dan made everything right for my parents. Both ladies were very helpful in replying to my questions, and Kim even put a note on my order so it would be delivered properly. Thank you both so much for making my day much easier. It was delivered where I wanted, before I got home. And since 3rd party delivery service, and I have no clue, they also were rockstars. Order was stacked neatly, out of the way, making it much easier for me to move where I needed it to go.”

“I won't go into full detail, but I was confused about the financing when I made my original purchase. Raymal at the front end and Roberta at customer service got me all figured out and helped me arrange everything exactly how I wanted it after I screwed it up a bit. These two are stellar employees, especially Raymal since I doubt he had to be as accommodating as he was. That really shows me he wants to help his guests and not just do what he absolutely must. 10 star review for these two employees!”

“They had exactly the bulb I needed. I called several hardware stores looking for a Sylvania fluorescent bulb. No one had it in the size that I needed which was 24 inches except Bloom Brothers. They put two bulbs aside for me and I picked them up and they fit perfectly. Friendly fast reliable service. Glad they are close by.”

“Called ahead after I Google Satellited the place & saw how little space they had for a 53ft dry van. Was told I was more than welcome to come the night prior to stay over night. Told I could go ahead & break seal & dock only in the dock by the wall. Guy said they'd wake me up when they were done unloading. Other docks are for pickup trucks & box trucks. I complied. I also put the ppw in the back of the trailer. Surprisingly, they started on my trailer at 0600. Got ppw at 1015.”

“I called Harold’s with a question about a lock and right away the service stood out. The man who answered the phone was polite and immediately handed me over to a woman who was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help. I wasn’t even asking for a standard locker lock, bc I needed one with a specific hatch and hook , and she kindly walked me through four different options at very reasonable price points so I could choose what worked best for me. She happily recommended the cheaper option, which you just don’t see much of these days, and EVEN stayed and waited for me to come in to give me the lock, that she had reserved a spot for , right next to her on the counter.
Both her and the man I spoke with were so kind, patient, and helpful from start to finish. The store itself is amazing, they literally have everything you can imagine, from basic hardware to hard-to-find items that most places don’t even stock anymore. It’s clear they know their inventory and care about helping customers get exactly what they need. Excellent experience all around. 10/10. Highly recommend!”
