“These guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. All in all since they couldn’t fix it, I got my money back, but if I ever have future phone issues, I’ll definitely be coming here. Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful efforts!”

I went in there after spending at least 8 hours on the phones with different AT&T numbers and chats only to be left extremely frustrated after switching 6 lines from T-Mobile to AT&T. I went into the store as a last resort. Should have been my first step.
Louis was eager to help but needed my ID. I was unprepared and did not have it, in my frustration I took out everything on Louis going so far as to swear at him and voice my displeasure in the most unprofessional way. I am embarrassed of my behavior in that moment.
I went home, retrieved my ID, came back and Louis didn't bat an eye. He was ready to help despite my behavior, never so much as a hint of attitude. Solved my problems and got all my numbers moved to the correct phones through a painful 90 minute process.
Props to Louis. If I ever have another issue he'll be the first person I seek out.”
“This Verizon store is hands down the best, and the staff is 100% the reason why. My first visit was with Rachel, and I wasn’t the only customer in the store calling out her exceptional service. She made everything simple, clear, and completely stress free, and handled my phone transfer perfectly.
When I came back the next day to trade in my phone, I met Vino and Theresa, and they were just as awesome! Vino walked me through the trade in process and made me feel totally confident, while Theresa was chatting with both of us and keeping the energy fun and welcoming even while helping another customer. The vibes in this store are unmatched: chill, professional, and genuinely friendly.
If you need anything Verizon related, I can’t recommend this location enough. Ask for Rachel, Vino, or Theresa! All three were incredible and absolutely deserve recognition and a raise!!”

I've been working with my company, ATT Consumer and ATT Business services for 3 months now trying to get my mobile phone number transferred from my company to my personal account. It's been a very frustrating process with many hurdles and obstacles and endless loops back to the starting point. I finally went into the store in Rocky River and fortunately Zachary was working that day. He was able to determine what the issues were and work through them although it wasn't easy and straightforward. His knowledge, patience, determination and desire to satisfy customers are outstanding! He could have very easily given up at any one of the obstacles he encountered but didn't. He went above and beyond to help me both with the transfer and then subsequently with getting my accounts set up and merged. I was ready to give up on ATT but Zachary's efforts made a difference! “My husband and I had been instructed to report to the nearest AT@T Corporate store, which for us, was the Strongsville location, to resolve an issue.
We returned two cellphones, which were never activated and received an email stating we owed $700+ and when we called Customer Service we were notified they could not assist and stated we need to seek assistance at a corporate store location.
We arrived at the Strongsville location late this morning and sat down with Cristaly Martinez, Strongsville site Store Manager. We explained the backstory and timeline to Ms. Martinez who listened patiently and was diligent gathering information. Her professionalism is truly a credit to AT@T. She handled our concerns in a positive manner and successfully resolved our issue, which was a bit complex due to an error by the AT&T device return location in Dallas, TX which resulted in an erroroneous billing.
We would like to sincerely thank Ms. Martinez for her outstanding customer service. It is because of this positive experience and successful resolution facilitated by Ms. Martinez that we continue to remain AT&T customers (recently switched from Verizon, after 21 years, in December 2025).”

“I had an issue caused by MetroPCS via shipping (UPS). I purchased service through MetroPCS which included a new phone. That phone was not delivered to my address. It has been since December 31 in which I paid for a full month of service. It is January 23 and still no phone. I’ve contacted MetroPCS a dozen times to which agents said they’d contact me back in 24 hours with no answer ever coming. I finally got someone from Metro via their Facebook page, but they still require 8-10 business days to investigate the package. Metro deactivated my current and only phone line that I run my business from. Michael at the Lakewood store helped me more than the agent on the phone I was also speaking with. Due to his service and position within the company he was able to contact a higher up in the company who walked me through regaining service on my phone, albeit with Metro instead of my former service provider. I thank Michael for all his help untie over hour plus I was in his store. He has a new customer due to his patience and kindness to me. I highly recommend you visit his store for all your connectivity needs.”
