“First and foremost, it is not often that you will encounter genuine and honest customer service! I chose to give feedback based on a personal experience I had today at this location! My hopes is that this location remains still and that the people who encounter not so good experiences visit this location! I honestly appreciate the many times I have been given the same courteous attention and time— EVERY TIME! My intentions were just to go inside, pay my bill, and keep it moving… but to my surprise; on many occasions, (someone) noticed that something was on my mind and they found it in their heart to comfort me! I went in there after spending at least 8 hours on the phones with different AT&T numbers and chats only to be left extremely frustrated after switching 6 lines from T-Mobile to AT&T. I went into the store as a last resort. Should have been my first step.
Louis was eager to help but needed my ID. I was unprepared and did not have it, in my frustration I took out everything on Louis going so far as to swear at him and voice my displeasure in the most unprofessional way. I am embarrassed of my behavior in that moment.
I went home, retrieved my ID, came back and Louis didn't bat an eye. He was ready to help despite my behavior, never so much as a hint of attitude. Solved my problems and got all my numbers moved to the correct phones through a painful 90 minute process.
Props to Louis. If I ever have another issue he'll be the first person I seek out.”
