Second visit to the Bagley Rd UPS wgile up in Cleveland. Understand from staff (know each shop is individually owned) that this shop is owned by entity that owns 17 across Ohio and Indiana. For the C-Suite at owner juat letting you know (as a serious buyer of UPS and your competitors) services that your staff on Sp 20, 10 a.m. at Bagley Rd was fantastic, especially your pleasant and sharp manager on the ball. If you give awards forbest at your 17 locales I am nominating your Bagley Rd, Cleveland team. Keep up the great work.

I needed two large banners made for upcoming community parades (6 feet long, and 8 feet long). I provided the graphic image files. Both Patty, the customer service rep who greeted me at the front desk, and Jessica, the manager and graphic designer, were both extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. They made sure the enlarged, full-scale banners would look good and not be overly pixelated upon scale-up. Jessica added a requested border to the image I provided.
