They did get back, and by then there were about eight or nine people in line.Waiting to get in. Lucky for me, I was just doing a drop off that we're all ready for sending.And I did not need a receipt, so i just needed to go up to the counter and drop my stuff off.”

Very professional and upbeat. One negative is the outside sign doesn’t work. It’s difficult to know or see that a FedEx location is here at night. Please get sign repaired and this will only increase your business. The repair will pay for itself in the first week. Take care.”

“I recently used Staples for printing postcard Christmas. Greetings. I used the one on 117th and Berea road in Cleveland. I have had a number of jobs done at this location over the past 10 to 15 years. This printing department has never been a disappointment. I've had multiple jobs completed including an 8 and 1/2 by 11 book I produced that was spiral bound with lots of photographs and documents from my parents. Time in the military. Approximately 40 books were completed to be distributed to my family members as keepsakes. Lifelong treasures for sure! The staff at this location is always helpful and efficient. I have never been disappointed with the print quality or the service I received. Staples will continue to be my go-to for printing needs”
