I just want to say a big thank you to Nachi for helping me with my I-9 fingerprinting appointment. He was very professional, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. He helped me a lot and made everything much easier than I expected.

Second visit to the Bagley Rd UPS wgile up in Cleveland. Understand from staff (know each shop is individually owned) that this shop is owned by entity that owns 17 across Ohio and Indiana. For the C-Suite at owner juat letting you know (as a serious buyer of UPS and your competitors) services that your staff on Sp 20, 10 a.m. at Bagley Rd was fantastic, especially your pleasant and sharp manager on the ball. If you give awards forbest at your 17 locales I am nominating your Bagley Rd, Cleveland team. Keep up the great work.

“Every time I have gone to the Lakewood store, the people at the counter have been extremely helpful. I’m posting today because I walked in with a return label, not paying attention, that was a label for USPS. The guy at the counter scaled my paper label down to fit on the box, attached it, and sent it out in their outgoing mail so I didn’t have to do anything. No condescending attitude, no you got the wrong place…just let me help you with this and you can go on your way. Such a breath of fresh air. Sorry sir that I did not get your name.”
