“It is a great place. They carry top of the line food. Owner is very knowledgeable and can set you up with a food to suit your babies. He has probiotics that are made to canine DNA which has worked tremendously for my one year old that has allergies. My puppy is a rescue witch came with issues which now she is doing fantastic. Absolutely recommend this place for your fur babies nutrition”

They have made me become more confident in what I do in such a short amount of time.They are both extremely patient and so helpful when learning new things. “This store is great, the grooming salon is top notch. I had the best experience here after a horrible one in Middleburg heights. Emily was able to clip all the nails for my dog when he has trust issues after the Middleburg heights store did him in. I don't trust myself to clip nails so this is my go to, she has then since left the store to start her own salon but it seems like every groomer here is decent. There was a guy before that my dog loved and I wish he was still here. My dog was happy and energetic after each groom!”

“Switched from Farmer’s Dog to Bl-Jac. It was an easy digestive transition. Same nutritional results. I recall they did larger bags of the frozen food line, that’s the reason for my four star review. I also like that it’s a local company! I’d like to see them expand their market. The dry food and treats are non-existent in my area.”

She is patient with both the dog and his owner during all the training exercises.The price is affordable, and the attention and love that your dog receives from Denise is far superior to any training you'd find anywhere else. I have a young Goldendoodle who is currently in a class and I am so very pleased with Gold Star Dog Training! I highly recommend you enroll your dog in a class.”
“This Petco is large and has supplies for cats, dogs, ferrets, guinea pigs, birds and whatever else there is. Petco's prices are higher than they should be, but they have nearly everything.”

“When me and my older sister went, we asked for our Husky/Germen Shepherd to get groomed and a few extra's. He is a very playful dog, who always gets muddy; he came back extremely clean and smelling amazing, as well. The workers there were extremely nice and respectful, we toured around and everything was clean and neat. Our stylist was named Jenny, definitely planning on coming back. :)”

“They were so accommodating and did an amazing cleaning and Deshedding for my sweet girl. She doesn’t do well with other dogs and barks at them nonstop, so they made sure to get me the first appointment of day. She did so well for her first ever grooming and didn’t even care that her mom was there to get her when I picked her up! ?”

So to Gabrielle, I sent you a reply that the mail server should of sent you a tracking no, and then asked you to let me know they did so I could then get it for you. You ordered lids that did not fit your containers and never even asked me to resend, you just wanted me to know which lids you wanted and I ask you how was I to know the ones you ordered were not the ones you wanted. You are being very unfair to write a review like this without even giving me the credit for sending you what your ordered. I would of offered to send you the size you want, but you did not even bother to email me a problem. I cannot read you mind and sent what you ordered. “UPDATE: I received a call from Kevin regarding my review and the experience we had. He apologized and offered to compensate some of my order. Thankfully everything was taken care of and apologies expressed both ways. Thank you Kevin & Pet Supplies Plus. ORIGINAL: Currently sitting in front of the store. My fiancé and I drove here to pick up the dog food I ordered online as our 3 labs are out. Of course between work and the 8 inches of snow that came down, we came as soon as we could. We arrived at 8:55pm and upon pulling up it was clear the store was already closed, despite their hours being until 9pm and no note on the door to notify customers of the early closing. My fiancé got out of the car to go up to the door and the two employees in the store proceeded to ignore him. So I called the store to say we were here for a pick up and I watched the female employee laugh as she and her male coworker ignored the phone as well. I even flashed my brights to get their attention and my fiancé went to the door again and knocked. They both proceeded to hide from view and behind shelves to avoid us. I'm extremely upset with this store. We were here before close and literally just needed to be handed our dog food, but we were ignored, laughed at and even mocked. So now we have to go home after wasting time and gas and make our dogs some dinner because two employees couldn't be bothered to stay open until their posted time and decided it was better to pretend like we didn't exist. I will contemplate spending my money on dog food elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Pet Supplies Plus.”
