“I visited Pet Supplies Plus to adopt a curly hair tarantula, and I’m giving five stars because of the outstanding service I received from Ashley. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, made me feel completely comfortable, and shared a wealth of knowledge and advice about tarantula care.

“I recently went to Hollywood Feed in Strongsville for grooming and hit a gold mine. Groomer, Kayte, was professional, knowledgeable and took excellent care of my older German Shepherd, Palmona. Kayte even gave me brushing and nail trim tips, as well as pointed out a potential health concern for Paloma. This level of service is much appreciated. Based on my first experience at Hollywood Feed, I highly recommend.
Other observations... I found the store to be very clean, and festive for the Thanksgiving/Christmas season. The front end staff were also attentive and friendly. Overall, a great impression.”

“Attending Diamond Cut Dog Grooming School was eventful. Nancy and Doug were incredibly helpful, patient, and truly invested in helping me succeed. The school’s hands-on training and their many years of experience gave me real confidence and knowledge that puts me ahead as I begin my career. Day two you are grooming dogs! Yes, you read that correctly on day two you start learning and implementing what you learned on clients they have by yourself. They are there to guide you and talk you through it but they want you to do it. For me hand-on leaning was the best and I’m so thankful not only for the education I received, but for the lifelong mentors I gained along the way. I know Nancy and Doug are just a call away.”
“They have a lot of options for chews and treats. Our Aussie loves the antlers for chewing. If you are a wheelchair user the aisles are rather narrow and you have to open the second door upon entry. It is zero entry though.”

“Aurora resident. We live on five acres with our Great Pyrenees, we chose Hickory Ridge and had a terrific experience. Our dog was notorious for roaming the neighborhood and Hickory Ridge fenced in approx 3 acres and spent valuable time in training our Bella. I would highly recommend Hickory Ridge.”
“In today’s (scamming) society 5 stars is an understatement, there’s nothing bogus about this business … the breeders are awesome and conduct amazingly trustworthy business. Persian cats have always been a dream of mine and to think one would’ve been enough, who was I kidding.. when I first laid eyes on them, it was then I knew that I couldn’t get one without the other…. The process leading to bringing them home was very professional, I was able to go see them and at anytime, make payments (received receipts) until the time of pickup…. I received pictures and video footage of their growth and the breeder never once gave me any negative vides…. They welcomed me and my family during each visit and we always overstayed our stay admiring all the other Persians around the house… if your considering on getting a Persian kitten I highly recommend doing business with Dream Persian… your provided the paperwork, a gift bag with wonderful gifts and most importantly a beautiful healthy, stress relieving Persian kitten whom will grow to love everything about you… Thank you so much Dream Persian for definitely making my child/adult Dream come true… this has been a true Blessing and I’m enjoying every bit of being a Persian Cat Mom.. ????”

She is patient with both the dog and his owner during all the training exercises.The price is affordable, and the attention and love that your dog receives from Denise is far superior to any training you'd find anywhere else. I have a young Goldendoodle who is currently in a class and I am so very pleased with Gold Star Dog Training! I highly recommend you enroll your dog in a class.”
“Very helpful! Got me out of a jam when I was halfway through a plumbing project and realized I needed a Moen cartridge removal tool! Highly recommended!? Also, I love having the ability to purchase one or two screws/nuts/bolts. Big box stores only carry packs of 12 or more!”

“I can't get google to let me reply to reviews. So to Gabrielle, I sent you a reply that the mail server should of sent you a tracking no, and then asked you to let me know they did so I could then get it for you. You ordered lids that did not fit your containers and never even asked me to resend, you just wanted me to know which lids you wanted and I ask you how was I to know the ones you ordered were not the ones you wanted. You are being very unfair to write a review like this without even giving me the credit for sending you what your ordered. I would of offered to send you the size you want, but you did not even bother to email me a problem. I cannot read you mind and sent what you ordered. I am sorry I replied and you thought I was rude for just asking you to confirm you got the tracking no. I did not do anything wrong, but you blame me for what You ordered. “I have a pekingese & a pomsky so 2 very different coats. They do an excellent job on both dogs! The pomsky was so compacted with fur & the did an great job deshedding her & her coat is so smooth now.”

“Love everything about this location except for the young lady working the fish department. We bring our dog for grooming and but food for them and our cats. Recently I set up a fish tank for my mother-in-law. My ans I took my mother-in-law to Parma to pick out her fish. Already having the knowledge of how many fish we can put in the tank that would be ideal for the fish, she in a very condescending tone questioned the amount. Was very poor of by her attitude. We will still go to this location for other needs, but we will never get fish from her a long as she working at this location.”

“So impressed with the job that Absolute Pawfection did with our boy! Our pup's hair grows like a weed and he was in desperate need of a hair cut (and a bath). We normally take him to Pet Supplies Plus, but they didn't have any availability any time soon, so we looked into Absolute Pawfection and noticed all the great reviews -- I'm so glad we took a chance with them! Our guy looks fantastic! He just got over an ear infection so we asked them not to clean his ears. He even came home in a cute lil bandana! Wish I could add photos!”
