“This is the best post office branch in Northeast Ohio. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. People forget, but there are parking spots to the side of the post office. Just make a right on that little one-way street, folks! So I’ve never had any issues parking. Now, sometimes the customers are really rude, but the staff are super friendly and kind. I’ve had to do very complex international mailings that really stressed me out, but the staff are unfailingly knowledgeable and helpful!”

“Well folks, I have to say, I’ve never had a better experience in all my years at a post office. I’ve been from Chattanooga to Savannah, Buffalo to Asheville, and back again. I’d say it’s the best this side of the Mississippi, but gosh darnit, it’s the best on the other side too! Not one of those post offices hold a candle to the one in valley city. Hands down the best in the Medina/cuyahoga/lorain region. And I’ll be honest, it’s all because of the gentleman behind the counter. He’s so professional & kind. Younger guy, maybe in his 30s with a Hispanic complexion. Good looking fellow. Other post offices should study him and use him as the model for how post offices should be run.”

“Just moved to Medina and my newly built house wasn’t registered as an address which left a package I had ordered in the abyss of the USPS. I tried to call the main medina location and was told I’d get a call back and never did, called back and waited on the phone for what seemed like a thousand rings to get disconnected. I finally spoke to someone at this post office who hunted down my package and saved it for me so I didn’t have to wait who knows how long for the carrier to bring it to me. Only problem is the DISTANCE. Wow it is in booneysville.”

“Jamie contacted me and initially I thought I had not received a response so unfortunately I left a survey stating this, but after noticing that I had the missed voicemail I emailed to update that case as I did later receive my package. I know it is the season so a few days late is not the end of the world, just glad I did end up receiving the package and glad there was someone who attempted to contact me even if I missed it.”
“Always short-staffed but the employees try their best to be quick. It's usually the customers slowing them down by being unprepared with their packages. They are friendly if you are not an annoying customer.”
“You know you look at these reviews and it almost turns you away from ever using them. I run a side business and I use usps and keep using the post office because of Byron. He’s the reason I keep going here. Every time I come in he greets me with a smile, always calm, super chill and talks to you with respect. He’s the reason I enjoy coming in every time I need to deliver a package. And when I turn it in, not even 10 minutes later I get a notification that my package has been shipped out of the facility. I do however think that this place needs more employees like him. It would definitely make that location turn a complete 180. Byron if you read this, thanks man! You truly are the best!”

“Had an awesome experience today. Tried Brunswick because the employees at Medina are rude and unhelpful and Brunswick did not disappoint! I was offered assistance with the right envelope and address label for my passport application as soon as I walked in by Arnold and he allowed me to use his stapler to attach my passport photo.
