“While I sadly have not been to the store, I found their little food truck at the farm sciences fair in London Ohio just a day before this review. The man working the trailer was incredibly kind, and incredibly patient, but I sadly do not know his name. I happened to get the Cherry Habanero sauce and it is just incredible. I highly suggest their products.”

“The stores are always clean and generally very well stocked, however they will not carry a vast selection of like items. You will find a good selection of most of the items generally used and usually at significantly lower prices you find in other grocery stores.
Aldi supplies products that meet most of my needs and leaves more $$ in my pocket.”
“Previous to this trip I had only visited Amish country in the Sugar Creek, Millersberg area and was used to the size of those stores. While Fig Tree is significantly smaller, it is packed with a great selection of things. Plenty of spices, which was my main concern, but the fresh peanut butter has been a HUGE hit in my house. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.”
“Great prices on salvage groceries and general household goods. This is an Amish owned and operated business and it is almost always bursting at the seams with so many people shopping inside. Since it's a salvage grocery store you'll be wise to check the expiration dates on every item. Most canned goods are dented. Dented cans are perfectly fine. The thing to REALLY watch out for is cans that are BULGING, ESPECIALLY in top or bottom of cans. THAT could be a sign of botulism but I've never run into it here. The ONLY reason I give 4 stars is because it can be INCREDIBLY disorganized. It's not dirty or anything, just often VERY DIFFICULT to find what you're looking for, and the frozen section is almost non-existent because it's so small. And, because it's SO PACKED with people shopping most of the time it can be EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to get to what you want or to get down the aisles because of people taking up all the space with their shopping carts and by remaining in the SAME SPOT FOR SEEMINGLY HOURS ignoring others' attempts to get by. The have plenty of shopping carts and the cashiers are incredibly fast with not a SINGLE "BOOP" or "BEEP", it's ALL done on "old school" cash registers with those Amish gjrls' fingers just completely invisible they're moving so fast across the register!!”
“Heinens has changed the cafe to a?simple place for lunch or a coffee..we selected the great sushi specials and goat cheese with fig and an olive selection and sat in cafe area and enjoyed. No plates but we camped out with paper and plastic tops of containers were used as our serving dishes. Voila a great choice for lunch a la heinens gourmet foods that you can enjoy right in the old Cafe space”

“I've actually only met good and friendly folks at DG stores but I like this particular store b/c they've helped me a few times with a Black Friday sale on Thanksgiving day, which I'm sure is a stressful day for them as-is. I don't like shopping in public much these days, especially anything Black Friday, but DG stores are the only ones to offer a particular sale so, to deal with friendly/helpful folks makes it fast and easy for someone like myself to take advantage of the sale that unfortunately happens once a year. And it's been multiple different people there each of the times I've gone in for the sale over the years.”

“Manager or she was assist mange in evening very rude n not at all helpful. Real short n snappy answers t I my questions after 2nd question I stated to walk out. Im not sure if I shall return to that store again. There are to many Dollar General's to bed treated unkindly.”
“Lisa Parker (the store manager) was extremely patient and kind helping me try to reset my account. We couldn’t get the reset password email. She helped me check out as a guest. I was very impressed with how the store was clean and stocked. Great store. Keep it up Lisa.”

“Great place to shop at, always organized and clean isles. Love the seasonal items they sell each year. The store is busy quite often but the management and employees are very kind. Tom & Jaxson made the experience more delightful.Just keep in mind that items here priced up to $ 1.25 & are no longer $ 1.00, but a quarter isn't really a big deal.”

“This Chardon walmart is very clean, has sufficient cashiers, and a wide selection of items that are priced right. However this last visit I did notice a lot of empty spaces on shelves as well as sold out items. Maybe more employees to stock? Not sure. But I most likely will visit again.”
“This store is not as nice as it used to be. Shoppers are rude and inconsiderate of other shoppers. Employees are nice and helpful.

“It was not what I was expecting but there is a lot of really good deals in a pretty small location. Some things I have had a hard time finding, some I didn’t know existed and donuts to die for. Prices were pretty good and though I didn’t get the deli meats there was a good selection at decent prices as well.”
