She completely understood and treated me so respectfully. I realized this is definitely the way I wanted to go and called the store the next day from work asking for whoever had helped me the day before. It was Brandi on the phone and she remembered me and was excited to help me. She was waiting for me when I got off work and she was beyond helpful. She had my phone up and running very quickly.
