2281 Central Avenue, CambridgeVery slow service. I had to chase down a waitress to get our order. After the initial order the food and service picked up. Didn’t care for the Prime Rib. Was not cooked like a good prime rib. It looked like it was seared or fried.
Waitress was over tasked with bar duty and had hard time keeping up initially.
Overall disappointed.

62920 Georgetown Rd, Cambridgemy husband and I went for a date day lunch something we don't ever do. he's never been here but I had and never had an issue so hey why not go somewhere new for him to try. the lady outside that took our order was super nice after placing the order we went inside and we were told the paper plates and napkins were on the shelf to help ourselves that was new then we sat down we got our drinks a 16 oz paper cup we thought well that's kinda small but refills right. no totally wrong. our appetizer was brought and tasted very good we ordered the pizza that's one thing famous for right.. it was sat on the table in a box. the lady said here ya go and however it was very tasteful we never saw a single employee again we ate and left we were not asked if we needed another drink if it was good nothing. like the customer service was beyond disappointing. ?
