Green Meadow Veterinary Hospital
3000 OH-26, MariettaOn Tuesday January 13th at 2:30pm we had to take my Blue boy to lay him to rest. Worst most heartbreaking moment in my life. But the staff was amazing and walked us through the whole process and what to expect! They were so kind and sweet with my boy! One even gave him little bottom taps to say goodbye! Thank you for all you do!

The food is always absolutely amazing, and their sushi is incredible especially the Yum Yum Roll and the Marietta Roll, which are both deep-fried and definitely my favorites. The service is consistently wonderful, and the staff always make the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Shogun to anyone looking for delicious food, great service, and a place you’ll want to come back to again and again!

I really appreciate the multiple coffee beans you have to select from, also that there is no upcharge for French press or pour over. For me personally, I really love that this feels like a coffee shop that specializes in coffee vs a sweet drink treat with barely any coffee flavor. Fell in love with the Hawaiian hazelnut so much that I even came back and got myself a 16oz bag of it. Staff was super friendly too. If you want a legit coffee shop, go here

Humane Society of the Ohio Valley
90 Mt Tom Rd, MariettaI’m a multi time adopter of dogs and cats. And each and every time I’ve been there, I’ve been treated with kindness and respect. Couldn’t ask for a better set of employees. And the shelter manager Amy is constantly busy doing things and always smiling. I recently adopted Athena- the deaf pitty. Our jeep club recently done a freeze out blanket drive for the hsov and everyone was so thankful and polite as we invaded Hsov to drop them off. I tell a lot of folks how nice everyone is out there. And even when I go in and they are on the phone- they say will be with you as soon as possible if someone else don’t come out to help you. They don’t get enough credit for all they do.
