“Several years ago I bought a water pump from O'Reilly's and the thing blew apart driving down the road through the fan into the radiator tore up the belt the brand new belt did all kinds of damage186 dollars worth of damage O'Reilly's replaced everything including the radiator they even paid for the mechanic to fix it again I go no place else if that doesn't show customer commitment then I don't know what does. I am forever a customer of O'Reilly's Eaton Ohio and even other O'Reilly's I mean that just spoke volumes of their commitment to customer satisfaction thank you O'Reilly's much appreciated. Always knowledgeable always helpful I've not had anybody steer me wrong on advice or how to fix something if I wasn't sure these guys are spot on.”

“Overall great service. Brought my car here when I had a flat from my rear tire and by the way, for your information, if it has a plug from a third party mechanic they can't work on it. Staff is accommodating, but there are only two actual real knowledgeable mechanics working here which is a little disappointing. The good news is they will work on your car within an hour if it's something minor like a tire replacement. Mike on the phone is new but he's resourceful, so he will probably become one of their best staff members I'm sure! Thanking Walmart for their auto service they provide.”
