“First of all, CVS is the preferred pharmacy by our insurance. Their prices are higher than other local stores. However, I pay the annual membership and get $ off different products, plus I earn a % for money off when I get my prescriptions. I take the time to compare their prices for the items I need, minus my monthly bonus $ and any coupons that apply, with what the other stores charge. I often come out ahead getting the item from CVS.
The staff is professional in their dealings with customers. I always find a parking place near the door. They have a good variety of greeting cards. I usually don't have to wait very long to pick up my meds outside or inside the store, nor to be waited on in the store.”

“This is my pharmacy, and I've found they are quick, caring, and double check my doctor's prescriptions carefully if they see a potential for interactions, etc. They are always helpful with advice and available to educate about medications. At times, medications can be out of stock; like all chain pharmacies these days, pharmacy staffing is low and good, hardworking staff are pulled in many directions. Vaccines are quick and easy.
Front of store staff are always warm and friendly. This is a quick in, quick out option for personal care, snacks, and medicines. I really appreciate their text system, too.”

“While on the way to the Cincinnati airport to leave for vacation, my kids and I stopped at our old pharmacy in Eaton for medications that ended up not being ready (they stated they were) and it was even out of stock. After a series of frustrating phone calls trying to transfer the prescription, Camden Village Pharmacy was able to fill it in minutes, even at almost half the cost. The staff was so patient and understanding with me and my two young inpatient and excited kids ready for vacation! We will definitely be returning as new customers. Thanks for all your help.”
