“I work there and people are great just a lack of communication in management but my boss is a great guy to work for (PH) and love it or I wouldn't been there over 10 years. Nurses that's had other pharmacies prefer skilled care over the other ones because skilled care has faster service for new admits than the other pharmacies and better customer service plus skilled care drivers dress professionally and not in sweat pants or jeans with holes.”

“I don't shop a lot at walmart, but I will have to say I went in here to look a specific bicycle and we found it outside on the tie down. Well we went in to find out whom to speak to about looking at it more to possibly purchase. The greeter was a little helpful in that she directed us to the customer service center. Customer Service called Lawn and Garden to unlock the bike. As we walked by the greeter she wished us a good day and we said we were going to look at the bike she just helped us with the info. We go to the bike and the person unlocked it and my friend rode it around a bit and we decided we wanted it, but the tire was low one air and the brakes needed adjusted. We took the bike inside (lawn and garden person said to see Patrick in toys. We take the bike in and the greeter asked if we were needed to return the bike or exchange it (odd since we have talked to her twice in less than 5 minutes about looking at the bike) we told her where we were going. We found Patrick and he called Ken. Well Ken made the trip worth while. He looked at the bike, offered to not only look the bike over, but suggested we take the bike he just finished putting together. He brought it out and it was perfect, the only adjustment that was requested was changing the location of the Parrot. Ken did this without question. He is what customer service is all about and why the bike was worth the purchase. Oddly after paying for the bike the greeter still didn't recognize us.”

“My parents changed pharmacy and I couldn't be any happier with the choice they made. My uncle recommend this pharmacy to them. They had my dad's RX transferred and switched in no time. The next day my dad woke up to his RX being right at the front door for him I am really relieved that this is be one less thing for my dad to have to do with his health anymore things are getting a little harder on him. “The U.C. West Chester outpatient pharmacy was not crowded like most other chain pharmacies. Maybe it was the specific time I was at this pharmacy, but it was so quiet, I could've mistaken it for a library. The staff were courteous and professional. My prescription was filled quickly and the pharmacist working at the time provided valuable answers regarding the questions I had about my prescription. Overall, I had an excellent experience at this pharmacy.”

“I only know the actual store not the pharmacy, but today I went to get duct tape to fix something with my car and all the employees were great. I couldn't find the duct tape because I've never been here before, but the cashier and another worker were both very polite and helpful. The store was also very clean and well organized, I only missed the duct tape because I was distracted.”

“This Walgreens is wonderful. The only thing I can truly say that is going right is I really love the employees, they have had a bit of turnover but the people they have brought on are very courteous. I will say they seem to be still short staffed so they can't get on the phones if you want to call. I highly recommend you download their app. I have also had quite a few prescriptions that are partial fills for some unknown reason to me, I think it's just to see if I will get mad. I am on a lot of medications due to a bad heart. So they are in need of organization here at the store but that's hard to do if you have floaters or new employees every week. I honestly feel sorry for whoever is doing the training.”

“I don't know whether it's typical, but my heart is telling me it's not. Here's my story: My husband recently passed away and I walked into our favorite Walgreens to notify the pharmacy of his passing. They were absolutely amazing and offered so much emotional support as they could tell I was visibly shaken--I was a wreck actually. They felt like family in my moment of devastation. To make things even better, I received a sympathy card in the mail today signed by the staff! They went the extra mile and my heart swells with gratitude! Thank you guys for being simply amazing!”

“I came to this Walmart and spent $298.00 here! I was also in a power chair because I recently had surgery on my left ankle. Well, I have been depressed and really going through a lot not being able to be mobile as usual. I also slipped in my tub last night which made it worse and another reason I came to this store today (to buy me a nonslip tub mat) anyways Nate was very friendly and kind! He helped me to my car even help me put some things in my car! He was very friendly and caring. And the store has been closed and he still was willing to go beyond to help me!
