“I wish I could give this pharmacy 10 stars. I can't say enough good things about the pharmacy and especially the staff. This staff is always friendly, actually helpful, and knowledgeable. If they don't know, they will find out for you. Not only do they do their jobs and are pleasant on a daily basis but, I am quickly losing count of how many times they have gone well above and beyond for me. The customer service is old school exceptional on its own, but when compared to the nightmare that is every other pharmacy these days, this place is heaven. They know both me and my husband by name, even over the phone. They know my meds and they anticipate what I need. Iam so glad I found the community First pharmacy. “Generally, they are great and I don't have any issues with them...but the woman working the drive up window (07/08/25) seemed to have some sort of problem. Couldn't hear her through the microphone and she gave me lots of attitude. I asked her to repeat something she had said (because either the speaker microphone suck) and she like slammed the phone thingy down. I hope her day gets better so she can be in a good mood because she looked like she'd be fun to be around.”

“I came to this Walmart and spent $298.00 here! I was also in a power chair because I recently had surgery on my left ankle. Well, I have been depressed and really going through a lot not being able to be mobile as usual. I also slipped in my tub last night which made it worse and another reason I came to this store today (to buy me a nonslip tub mat) anyways Nate was very friendly and kind! He helped me to my car even help me put some things in my car! He was very friendly and caring. And the store has been closed and he still was willing to go beyond to help me! I really wish all people was like Nate! He made my day!”
“This is my favorite Kroger. I just adore it. Sure, it's a chain grocery store. But this store is the best. The people are always friendly. There's a ton of clearance. The other customers are interesting. I've had great conversations with lots of strangers here. The produce is pretty good and I've complained enough on customer surveys to have my favorite tortillas brought back to the store. Or maybe they were bringing them back, anyway. I like to think it was me. Recently I used Kroger's new ClickList. Assuming you have a Kroger card, you just use your account, click the items you want to purchase, pay online and someone brings them to your car. It was fantastic. The girl who brought them out was a doll. You just stay in your car. It's great for lazy days, disabled and elderly or bad weather. I'll be doing that again. There's more than enough parking. Even with the ClickList area added. Even on those incredibly busy days or right when everyone is getting off work. Plenty of parking. And there's a gas station to use those fuel points at. Really, I'm leaving out my favorite part. The pharmacy. This location has the best pharmacy staff. I visit so often that they ask about my family and know about my boyfriend. They're helpful will try hard to help you with price matching. They're just a really kind bunch of people. Pharmacies are really undervalued. My complaint about this location is that they decided to integrate a lot of the natural foods in with the rest of the food. So if you're a vegetarian or have special food needs, you'll have to look a bit harder. I suppose it's to try to trick more people into eating veggie burgers.”

“Walgreens is a solid national drug store chain. I like Walgreens because I can get my prescriptions filled almost anywhere in the country. This store is a 24-hour store with a 24-hour pharmacy. As far as Walgreens stores go, this one is a decent one.”

“I don't understand how so many people say such bad things about this pharmacy! Jen is very professional has never messed up my meds and answers any and all questions I've ever asked! She is a very blunt and straight forward person yes but when working with the public and being on a time crunch I understand, yet she has never came across rude or insincere to me! My meds gets called in and are ready in a timely fashion, and or when I receive a text each and every time! Nate is also awesome straight forward as well yet never rude! Haven't messed up anything regarding my meds thankfully. Everytime I call to request refills someone answers the phone. I feel like some of these reviews come from difficult patients or miscommunication. I do agree they are short staffed which has nothing to do with the current workers \\ pharmacist so give them grace. Compared to other pharmacies around here Kroger pharmacy is doing just fine and deserves at least 4.5 total stars and 5 stars from me personally.”
“I luv kroger...they always have some good deals on something every time that I go .I love my Kroger plus card and the people are usually always nice, and helpful unlike Walmart where they send you to the wrong area and heaven forbid if they are asked to show you where anything is. Kroger has only one thing that I dislike and that is the meat and seafood side by side with the worst smells that sometimes go through the whole store smelling like the river on the worst hot summer day...some one needs to control the cleaning of that area and maybe just do away with the fresh open fish and seal it in a pack or by the piece and not freeze it. It would keep the smell down i think...js”

“Pharmacist with red hair (don't remember her name) gave great advice when I was panicking a bit about my husband's health condition and didn't know what to do. Each doctor has sent us to a bunch of different doctors and no one's got a definitive answer, so I was freaking out a bit after trying to get advice on where to go for treatment from all the different doctors and everyone telling me they can't even give me advice, I have to ask someone else. She steered me the right direction and now he'll hopefully have an antibiotic sent in to (hopefully) help his condition.”
Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
