“I couldn’t recommend the customer service more! My wife and I stopped in to switch her phone from a pre-existing plan with AT&T to my plan with Verizon. Our salesman Chris was incredibly friendly and not at all pushy! He was very informative and explained everything in depth to make sure we understood clearly. He added “perks” to our account and saved us monthly on our Netflix and Apple Music subscriptions. He also showed us several options for my wife’s new phone, answered any questions, and explained the pros/cons to all of them. The transition was super smooth and easy. If you live in the area, I would 10/10 recommend this store, do yourself a favor and ask for Chris!”

“These guys are the best. My drone crashed and it needed fixed. I called a place in Akron, they were going to charge me over $1]] just for the labor and it would wait 7 to 10 days. There the manager answered me and took it with him fixed the next day and the it was below $45???!!!. They are very efficient and very affordable. I highly recommend them!”
