“Star Car Wash on Wales road, just around the corner from Progressive Auto Group, did a fantastic job on my Traverse. I had just come back from visiting the grandkids in Springfield Ohio. The bugs on the windshield and front end of the car were splattered all over. One trip thru the car wash, and all were removed. Thank you Star Car Wash!”
“Been coming to this car wash for years and I love it, but they must’ve changed some kind of product recently because it dries on my windshield and only comes apparent while driving in the rain. The wax left on my windshield does not come off with the rain, fluid, or the wipers. It is not on the inside of the window and cannot be wiped away internally. It greatly reduces visibility in the rain and is not ok. I’ve written to the company informing them of this issue so hopefully they switch back to whatever they were using before.”

“You won't get a better car wash with personalized service anywhere. Good thorough work, good people. Hand washed exterior and detailed interior clean for my car. Don't expect cheap, but the price was very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommended. Note : Plan for him to spend at least an hour on your car. Also, don't just show up and expect to get in. Louis is constantly taking care of customers. Call to schedule an appointment a couple or more days in advance. It is well worth the wait.”
“Wonderful carwash. Not expensive and does a wonderful job cleaning your care. Vacuum are awesome and work well. It cost a dollar but lasts a long time. Wash able to sweep care out very well and still had time left. Definitely will go back.”
“Only one here on a Wednesday. In and out on about 10 minutes. Automatic wash did a good job removing the salt from my vehicle. I chose the $10 wash. There are 4 levels of wash, each a bit better as you go up in price. If you pay by cash and expect change, it will be delivered in dollar coins.”

“Nice set - vending machines were mostly broken / ate my quarters - but the soap n such in the bays both for dog wash and the car were good quality n working. The dog wash needs to be vented/ aired out better, admittedly a hard task - they all smelled a bit mildewish but not horrible just present. My dog HATES baths so it's nice to have a place not at home to do it.”
“I went to get my car washed after a big snow and spent $10 on the drive through wash.It did not clean my car thoroughly. I went through the self wash to clean the rest off. I called Petit and left a message with them.They were very quick to respond. They also sent me a refund plus an extra coin for my inconvenience. Thank you for your wonderful customer service! “Place is nice but dated. I appreciate the touchless car wash packages. One of the only places I have found that has a wash package but doesn't touch your car. Vaccuums work when they want to and you only get so many washes per month but they limit those washes even further by only allowing one car to be used per package. I could understand this if it was unlimited washes and you could abuse it. If I only get 15 washes a month I should be able to wash whatever car I want.”

“We drve arpund a few of the small towns in this area. It was hard to find a car wash that would work. Our National Traveler Coach is 10.6 feet. We fit partially inside the wash and made it work.”

“Clean, Safe, free air, self serve wash or automatic. Good vacuums. Only negative is the brushes in the self serve bays are not like any other brushes ive used washing my car. Way too stiff to use on a car, underbody yea, but i dont use them on mine.”
“I had a coupon for a free car wash. The girl at the gate could not seem to understand what I wanted to know what it would cost without a coupon. She put me through anyway. I don't know if I got a basic or the next one up.”

“Just your basic car wash, nothing remarkable. What I didn’t like was they didn’t have a working change machine and your forced to use your debit card, yet at the vacuum you need quarters to operate it , I feel like we were overcharged as well. The equipment worked fine but you can tell that it’s beginning to wear out. I got my car cleaned and washed without a hitch and thank God I had $.50 in quarters for a full 4 mins at the vacuum, I just didn’t feel like I visited a well managed car wash, instead I feel like it’s all about separating me from my money and not about a quality feel good car wash.”

“A few weeks ago I had gone to this carwash to get a wash in one of their automatic bays. I have been going to this wash since I was teen so almost 13 years or so.
I was going into the bay and the wash stopped and glitched. I was a little angry as my car was covered in soap. I pulled into one of the manual bays and proceeded to spray off the soap.
I then contacted the owner via email on their website informing them of the issue. I was extremely happy with his prompt response in wanting to give me a refund for both the automatic and manual bay charges and a free service. He even informed me the automatic bay was fixed immediately.
It took me a while to get back out there and when I had no one was available to issue me a refund...but he offered a free wash in a digital certificate which I gladly took as everything he had done and attempted to make my experience a positive one was more than appericiated.
We will be back! Thank you for your time and effort!”

“I use the manual wash bay here. I like that you can use a card instead of continually trying to feed quarters but not too many. I did have to wait to use the wash due to the first bay having a drainage issue and I didn't want to stand in water several inches deep.”
