I often come across home improvement stores are either unorganized, unhelpful, or down right rude but Jordan was the opposite of those things. She quickly helped me, found what I was looking for in less than a minute despite it not being on the shelf, and she was kind and engaging the entire time! I may make the drive from Lancaster and skip the home improvement stores in my area due to her service alone!”

“I ordered a Rintal mini stair. The shipment came damaged and missing parts. The Stairway Shop is working with me to get my missing pieces. Communicating with them has been positive. I'm hopeful that I will edit this review to five stars soon.

Update 2025: Shipment damage was from shipping company (not Stairway Shop). Stairway Shop was able to get me missing parts. Very helpful. Stair has been installed for nearly two years and is trouble free and sturdy. Minimal flex. Very happy with this product and maybe more importantly, for those researching, I think this alternating steep, short-run stair is quite easy to navigate and safely use, especially with care taken to install a solid rail with returns. I modified this stair rail (purchased extra rail length) to create legitimate returns: for the bottom stair landing, the rail returns straight to the floor with an extra attachment on the first tread. At the top of the stair, the rail levels out for a length preceding the top tread and then returns to a pony wall (to safely enclose the stair opening at the upper floor. This importantly avoids hooking clothing and other trip-up opportunities that are likely not part of the code in Italy, where this stair is manufactured. Upgrade to five stars.”

“I love the really unique items tractor Supply has. Lots of things from decorating your home to caring for your pets. They have everything it seems for your lawn, garden, flowers and more. I really love the place where you can bring your dog in and bath them yourself. Lots of different soaps to use; they supply the soap, towels and there is even a table to blow dry your dog and comb them. The cost varies per size of your dog. I don't think anyone will be disappointed. Tractor Supply is one of favorite stores to go too when I'm looking for something. So happy they are near my home. ❤️”

“I'm crying my eyes out as I leave this review. My oldest brother was diagnosed with lung cancer. He was starting chemo so I thought it would be nice to get him a lift chair. Around this time, my husband was fighting a terrible bout of Covid. I ordered my brothers chair via Menards website and thought it would take a while to arrive so I'd have time to take care of hubby. NOPE! That bad boy was there lightning fast. I called the store in a panic and spoke to a very kind gentleman named Tony. He assured me he would hold the chair. Today, my brother is moving into his forever home. I pray to God that he'll be there for a long time. I looked on the website, and it showed I was past the pickup time. My heart sank to the floor! His chair was gone! I called the store. I got a manager who located Tony and this amaaaaaazing human had held the chair! Not sure of the girl's name but she was very friendly and very nice unlike two weeks ago when I came in and I left the review about that girl and she was not nice not friendly and did not even speak. Rolled her eyes because she had to check out my stuff.
I realized they're just part-time high school kids but if they're going to get ahead in life they need to change their attitude in these kind of jobs early.
When I was in high school I worked all kinds of jobs like these but I did my best and treated customers like they were royalty because they paid my salary.
