“Beautiful showroom with amazing selection with super helpful staff. We were so fortunate to work with Joshua C. He shared so much enthusiasm and education with us while we were shopping. He is so knowledgable and I would recommend him to anyone looking to make upgrades to their home! We are so excited to make our decision and get our new flooring, based on his help and recommendation. If you are looking for new flooring (and beyond), please go see him!”

“8/8/26 I needed a gate, to replace my old one. Looked online at this store's website. They had exactly what I wanted. I was assisted by Carl at the store. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly, and didn't keep me waiting. After purchasing my gate, he came outside, and helped me load it and secure it in my trailer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

“My husband and I went to Menards in Hilliard around 11:00 a.m. on a Wednesday. It wasn't really busy as far as customers go. There were plenty of employees throughout the store. We were searching for a grill cover. We asked an employee where we could find them. He said they didn't have them on the shelf any longer, but they were upstairs. I said so does that mean we can't get them or what. He said no, you take the elevator upstairs and can find them up there. I didn't know they had an upstairs. He kindly took us to the elevator and showed us exactly where we could find the covers upstairs. The upstairs was full of items that you could shop. We didn't really look around but there was a lot up there! We went back down to browse the store more. We found another employee and asked where the frying pans were. He walked us to the other side of the store and showed us where they were located. We could not believe how helpful and how kind EVERY employee was throughout the store. I am definitely impressed with the service we received from the time we went in until the time we left. It's very rare to find that kind of customer service with a smile anymore! Thanks, Menards, for the wonderful shopping experience.”

“this is a good location to visit. the entrance could be worked on a little bit but that's not their fault (thanks columbus). they always keep it clean at this store and always have things stocked up and ready for the average DIY'er. there is one lady whom. i'm not particularly a fan. she is very rude and a bit over barring with her job, as if she is getting graded by someone daily. but other than her- the staff is great and always helpful.”

“My wife and I on a date I love Lowe's because we go in there and get deals. I have been buying and using cobalt tools for the last 5 or 6 years, and there are 24 V xrt tools are just spectacular that long, lasting. They're hard-working, they hold up well, and I was like walking through Lowe's see what's on sale. And it was just a fun time and we got a few good deals”

“Both Ashanti and Dyani were extremely helpful! Ashanti helped me locate items to fix where my sump pump lets out and Dyani taught me how to adjust the number of boxes I was purchasing at the scanner so I didn’t have to scan a million times. Really appreciated the help. It would’ve been a much longer home improvement run without them.”

“I rented a rotary hammer drill and bit from here. I thought it was a little expensive, but it bets having to buy one. It worked wonderfully. Installed a handrail on the back step for my Mother. I also had to buy some other things that she needed for the house and got all of them this visit. Good associates at this store.”

“Just finished picking up last-minute painting supplies at this wonderful Lowe’s location. I was running late as usual, started the project in half baked fashion, but the very knowledgeable professionals at Lowe’s were able to facilitate a resolution to avoid a very expensive service call and a potentially disastrous set of circumstances over this upcoming Fourth of July weekend. Kudos to the personnel that work at this exceptionally busy location. The garden department looked lush and vibrant as well. Even though I did not purchase any garden supplies or implements, I will definitely visit this stop after the Fourth of July weekend. Keep up the good work!”
