I was looking for a certain tool, it was not on the shelf, but still on display. I asked the tool sales rep. , he replied I'm not sure of it's status. I was checking out, and he caught me - found one, and That resulted in a tool sale and extra blades ... This was the Polaris store.All Loews personnel seem to treat me (a customer) the same, no matter which location - and I got around to 3 or 4 stores multiple times each week.”
