“As a Titanium Elite Marriott Bonvoy member, I stay at many Marriott properties throughout the year, and I can confidently say that Chaz Scott at the front desk provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve encountered.

When we checked into our original room, we experienced an internet connectivity issue that prevented us from connecting our devices and using the television. After reporting the problem, we learned there would be a delay in receiving support from the internet service provider. Rather than leaving us to wait, Chaz immediately stepped in and took ownership of the situation.

He upgraded us to a King Suite, added additional Marriott Bonvoy points to my account, and even stocked the refrigerator with complimentary snacks. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on ensuring our stay remained enjoyable.

What impressed me most was his commitment to hospitality and his proactive approach to resolving an issue that was beyond his direct control. Chaz made us feel valued as guests and went above and beyond to turn a frustrating situation into an exceptional experience.

The staff we met the night we arrived (sorry didn't catch his name) was suoer curious and polite.
Rooms were cleanand looked good!
Breakfast was amazing with fresh, eggs, sausage and gravy among other options too many to list!
Plenty of hot water, soft towels, toiletries.
We doordashe Domino's. I know there were tons of other options but cant name them all.
Hotel was clean.
There are vending machines and ice on each floor.
Wifi, hair dryer, ironing board and a good 'ol fashioned alarm clock that my 16 year old son found absolutely memorizing! ?

Ps hope your pool gets fixed soon!”
