“ok, I haven't been here in a while because the service level had deteriorated so bad. It has been probably 2 years.
Anyway, they have somehow turned the store around. I'm serious. Went to pick up a couple scripts for my wife, there were 2 customers in front of me, but the team member rocked them out, and I was being greeted with a smile and pleasant and friendly attitude in less than 5 minutes. (in the old days, 2 customers in front of you meant at least 30 minutes) I'm not sure who turned the store around, or how they did it, but whoever it was needs some recognition. Great job, I'll have to start using this one again!”

“The pharmacist carter is amazing and super helpful! He does all he can to help people and goes out of his way to make sure people have their meds and are safe. Stacy ( I hope I spelled her name right ) who is a tech also is simply amazing and also never fails to make me smile, she handles lines and angry customers so well and I honestly don't know how she manages to stay so positive , they are both a joy and honestly are the main reason I stay at this pharmacy even though I moved father away from this store, I also have family that travels to this store even though it is out of the way because they are so kind and never fail to keep this customers smiling. They also have other amazing techs and techs in training but these are the ones I know by name.”
