“They seemed to be 50% off now. But pay attention how the item is ringing up. I recently made a purchase that rang up $15 dollars more. I purchased the same thing weeks ago but unfortunately may have thrown my receipt away. And for whatever reason after the issue was resolved (her saying she had to get an override authorized but I know she's the manager?) she tore off the perforated part that had the cost on it.
Don't get too relaxed with their new pricing. Pay attention....”

“Eddie Bauer is a retail chain that has hundreds of locations across the country and sells merchandise such as clothing, footwear, accessories, home linens, and outdoor gear. This location in Groveport, Ohio is their fulfillment and customer service center. This location offers more styles in more sizes than do other locations. Weeks ago, I ordered one women's hoodie through Eddie Bauer and one women's hoodie through Eddie Bauer Outlet. The prices were $50 and $55, which I thought was a little high but was willing to pay. Employees at this location mailed me the hoodies in separate packages. A few days later, the packages were delivered to my house. The hoodies are in the correct sizes and are a high quality. Several days ago, I placed another order from Eddie Bauer, this time for sunglasses for $41 and socks for $12. Two days later, the package was delivered to my house. The sunglasses look stylish and fit my face well. The socks are made from a thick fabric and feel comfortable.”

“First time in store customer service Awesome #1 I loved it!!!! I almost always get stares and somewhat feel like I'm from another planet these young ladies treated Me and my daughter with total kindness we had other plans for the day that didnt go well and my daughter was feeling down so I decided to take her shopping they had great deals and even offered me to sign up for discount alerts.
