“So far great experience!! We called in just a little bit ago. Completely flabbergasted because Enterprise canceled our van for vacation without letting us know until an hour before we were to pick it up. At first all they had was a Ford explorer today, but we called back and he explained if we could leave tomorrow he would have a van for us. Talked me through it and got my nerves calmed down! Great customer service, you guys just gained new customers!”
“Amazing service was provided to us which is hard to find now a days. I am not sure if the guy was the owner of this location or a worker but he went above and beyond in helping us get a rental last minute before closing on a Friday. We needed a rental to travel for my son's basketball tournament. Please if you want good quality customer service that exceeds your expectations this is the place. “Car was great and staff were friendly. Only complaint I have was that the car seemed to be sprayed with some type of disinfectant that smell awful when we picked it up. We had clean clothes in our bags and suitcases that absolutely had to be rewashed when we returned as they wreaked with this disinfectant. Other than this we had a good experience.”
