“When picking up my rental, the Enterprise representative was extremely knowledgeable and respectful of my time (especially after just being on a 3 hour flight) and within a few minutes we were on our way. The vehicle I booked was AWESOME! The new Kia Carnival Hybrid only had 1500 miles and it fit all 7 of us comfortably. Additionally, its features like extra charging ports/separate climate control zones were greatly appreciated so that everyone was happy on our ride to the concert. Drop off was easy and we placed the keys in the convenient Dropbox at the desk. Thank you ENTERPRISE for a wonderful rental experience at a great price!”

“I rented a vehicle from National. I had an easy pickup with no issues and they were accommodating to my requests. During my rental time they texted me and let me know I could respond to the text with any questions about the rental while I had it and also to remind me of my drop off time. Drop off was simple and pleasant as well. Staff was amazing and helpful. I even called to ask a few questions over the weekend and their customer service representative was so sweet and helpful.”
“Placed a reservation for a luxury SUV and were told to pick up at 9pm. This was on a Saturday night. We did not realize they closed at 9pm. We arrived at the Akron Canton Airport a couple minutes past 9. There was a line four people deep at the Budget/Avis counter, the only car rental open. The rental agent, Chris, waited on all of us politely even though he was having to stay past his shift end. Thank you Chris! Because you stayed late we are able to get down to Florida to bring my mom home after her car accident.”
“April , supervisor, & Mar’keisha employee activated new account with new SUV rental on Sunday 8.9.26. Quite complicated returning Jeep Grand Cherokee after 8 month rental, & getting Ford Explorer for 5 more months & adding my wizard number. I am a preferred member, but since so long rentals paid by Locum Tenens. Had to correct credit card payments by employee. They were both helpful & efficient & most of all cared”
