“The service great and staff were friendly and helpful. The car was clean, drove great, and many features such as Sirius XM I didn't have to hook up mine. Most compnies you need to use yours. They also have EZPass which is awesome especially if you are going to Jersey.”
“I reserved and was billed for a mid-sized SUV at the Canton/Akron airport but received a subcompact one instead. (I'm guessing that no mids were available.) We were on a schedule so I decided to get in the car and go. Upon returning the car I asked for and got a fee adjustment. The man at the desk was easy to work with and handled my request in less time than I expected.”
