“The service great and staff were friendly and helpful. The car was clean, drove great, and many features such as Sirius XM I didn't have to hook up mine. Most compnies you need to use yours. They also have EZPass which is awesome especially if you are going to Jersey.”

We were on a schedule so I decided to get in the car and go. Upon returning the car I asked for and got a fee adjustment. “Placed a reservation for a luxury SUV and were told to pick up at 9pm. This was on a Saturday night. We did not realize they closed at 9pm. We arrived at the Akron Canton Airport a couple minutes past 9. There was a line four people deep at the Budget/Avis counter, the only car rental open. The rental agent, Chris, waited on all of us politely even though he was having to stay past his shift end. Thank you Chris! Because you stayed late we are able to get down to Florida to bring my mom home after her car accident.”
