“Hardware is what I usually need. They have the best variety around that I know of. If they don't have it, it is likely the big box stores don't have it either. Finding a specialty store that has more is hard to find.”

Supervisor Jessica and Home Depot Associate Rene'e) worked hard to resolve the issue. I am changing my rating due to this team effort at Home Depot for resolution to a rare issue stated here: Bought a $100 Mastercard gift card Sunday
It will not register or activate online
It doesn't work anywhere. I have proof of purchase and activation receipt
Been to the store twice called Citibank and Home Depot 800 Customer Service to no avail. Complete runaround. To make it worse the customer service dept lady treated me like a criminal when I walked in. She yelled " where did you get this."
Then said right away? " there are no refunds" very rudely. So am I out S100 plus $6.95 activation fee.

“I had an old Gerber Multi-Plier that was issued by the US Army. A bolt fell off at some point. I wrote Gerber about it and they said it was no longer made and parts were out of stock. I went into Ziegler and even though the sale was a dollar the clerk spent 10 minutes finding me a set of bolts that fit right. Gerber is sending me a replacement tool but that wasn't the point. Did this veteran's heart a good deed.”
