“Let me start off by saying: this is my first year ever having my taxes done professionally. I tried to do them by myself like usual but TaxAct said I owed over $1,000! I always choose the option that taxes me higher so I can get refunds and the idea of owing that much really stressed me out. I had stress acne so bad today I had to wear a mask! Then I spilled on my shirt right before I left and had to change into something I didn’t realize was super wrinkly!Are all of these silly, little things? Yes. But also, I was really really stressed going into this.As soon as I walked in, everyone was super polite, professional, and kind. David, the owner, did my taxes in less than 30 minutes!!! He spun his monitor around and showed me I am actually getting a refund. When I say I almost cried, please believe me. I almost bawled my eyes out from happiness.This is a very long review but please, get your taxes done here. They are so wonderful. They took the time to get to know me, and joke around to set me at ease. I walked in panicking, and I left overjoyed. Everyone in that building turned a horrible event (doing taxes) into something really enjoyable. I am so happy! Thank you again!!!”

“I am in the process of a claim where the other person is at fault but the cop didn't do a great job and decided no one as fault on the police report. Erie so far has been so helpful! Erin, Mike, Dennis and Heidi have been very very helpful. Explaining everything to me and keeping me up to date. I will come back to finish my review when it is all said and done!2/6 Still like Erie and still going through the process of a claim. I did get what I needed from my car being totaled already! We got the police to re-look into the case and they found the lady at fault and cited. I went to tell my insurance and for some no one contacted me back last week. Finally after some emails and voicemails, I got ahold of Erin today. She took the information and is sending it to the at fault party's insurance. Will keep updated and still staying with 4 stars.”
