Santa was there tonight and did professional pictures! It as a blast! Also if you spent 50 in store ur baby got to pick out something special under the tree! We had a great time! People and staff there the owners are so nice and it was a such a wonderful time!

Even though she was currently busy or helping another customer she made sure to let the others know she'd be right there to help them she was very positive and sweet and great at not only talking to the adults but my kids as well and addressing their questions as their just as important to. I was there a week ago and there was an older girl in the live department dee or lee or something along those lines and she kept ignoring me and not answering any of my questions and walked away from me!

From the moment you walk in the door until you are back in your car, everyone is helpful, respectful, kind, and will answer any and all questions you have. My boy, Spencer, likes the treats left behind from neighborhood visitors if you get what I mean. However, it leaves us sleepless with constant trips outside. I’m used to this but this time it was different. They got us right in and took excellent care of him, giving him everything he needed to feel better. We are now on the upswing and this mama and pup will be getting some much needed rest. I just found my new vet much closer to home.

When it came time to put Bella down, Dr. Estock and staff were amazing. They treated her and us with so much dignity and love. They took the time to explain everything, never rushed us, and made an unbearable moment a little more peaceful. I will always be grateful for the care they gave my dog throughout her life and for the comfort they provided at the end.

They keep the cat overnight, which is amazing. The staff is incredible. They really care about the animals they're outgoing, friendly, and efficient. I was very impressed, if I have any more cats to TNR, I will definitely come back to this establishment

She genuinely cares about her patients, and will do everything in her power to give her patients the best care possible. She is very thorough during her examinations, as well as during conversations. She makes sure to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pet. Not only is she kind, she is genuine. Truly. As someone who has been to other veterinarians in Stark Country, Dr. Watters is the only vet I’ve come across who’s top priority is the wellbeing of your pet, and who is as kind as she is. Her staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. You will always get a call back in a timely fashion if they ever need to speak with Dr. Watters regarding your pet. Ken, the head Veterinary Technician, also deserves high praise. Ken is calm under pressure in high stake situations, and has the knowledge to take the necessary actions in any given scenario.
Overall, Dr. Watters and her staff at Lake Cable Animal Hospital are as high class as they come. I can assure you your pets will receive the upmost care in their hands.

I was impressed how nice and beautiful the building was . Most Importantly once there I felt very at ease knowing my baby was taken care of with loving care and dignity. What a beautiful relief to retrieve her remains from PCC. Highly recommend ❤️
