Santa was there tonight and did professional pictures! It as a blast! Also if you spent 50 in store ur baby got to pick out something special under the tree! We had a great time! People and staff there the owners are so nice and it was a such a wonderful time!

Even though she was currently busy or helping another customer she made sure to let the others know she'd be right there to help them she was very positive and sweet and great at not only talking to the adults but my kids as well and addressing their questions as their just as important to. I was there a week ago and there was an older girl in the live department dee or lee or something along those lines and she kept ignoring me and not answering any of my questions and walked away from me!

They keep the cat overnight, which is amazing. The staff is incredible. They really care about the animals they're outgoing, friendly, and efficient. She genuinely cares about her patients, and will do everything in her power to give her patients the best care possible. She is very thorough during her examinations, as well as during conversations. She makes sure to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pet. Not only is she kind, she is genuine. Truly. As someone who has been to other veterinarians in Stark Country, Dr. Watters is the only vet I’ve come across who’s top priority is the wellbeing of your pet, and who is as kind as she is. Her staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. You will always get a call back in a timely fashion if they ever need to speak with Dr. Watters regarding your pet. Ken, the head Veterinary Technician, also deserves high praise. Ken is calm under pressure in high stake situations, and has the knowledge to take the necessary actions in any given scenario.
Overall, Dr. Watters and her staff at Lake Cable Animal Hospital are as high class as they come. I can assure you your pets will receive the upmost care in their hands.

The food? Absolutely magnificent. The service? Great. The professionalism? Nonexistent—and that’s the real shame, because this place has SO much potential!
Some might ask: “If the food and service were good, why isn’t this glowing?” Simple—the service was only good because of Taylor behind the bar. You could tell she was trying hard to stay professional while employees and regulars were acting out. She’s clearly there to work hard and earn her tips, but there was no manager in sight to back her up.
Meanwhile, whoever was making the occasional appearance (I believe her name was Tabi) offered nothing more than casual small talk and seemed completely disengaged—even while guests were sitting inside. That’s a problem.
Honestly, Gordon Ramsay needs to walk in here and light a fire under the owner. The kitchen isn’t the issue—the food is excellent. The real problem is a lack of professionalism and standards.
For example: I never expect to see my server take a shot right in front of me before grabbing my drinks. It might seem small, but it leaves a lasting negative impression.
This place could easily be the talk of the town if the owner would:
• Hold staff accountable
• Set clear standards
• Run the front of house with the same care as the kitchen
Right now, I don’t even know how it’s making money. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because the food is phenomenal and the staff are nice people. But they need to remember they’re at work—not hanging out as customers.

As soon as we walked in, my group and I took a look at the menu and we thought “no way this place has big portions with prices this low..” but we were completely wrong. Never judge a book by its cover. The portions were gigantic and it was hands down some of the best Sushi I have ever had in my life. The food tasted incredibly fresh, almost like the fish were just caught and served to us. For anyone traveling in the Canton area, whether it’s for the Pro Football Hall of Fame or otherwise, this place is a must go-to.
I would just like to give a big thank you to all the workers at this restaurant for making this an excellent and enjoyable experience.
