The people were friendly and very helpful. It is a very busy store, we had a 20 minute wait and about the same time just getting out of the parking lot but we have wifi so I think it was worth the wait.

Didn't get the changes right at the Everhard rd store at all. Had to call technician on chat to straighten the channel changes

Absolutely slow. 10 people waiting for service 4 people on the floor. SMH
