“Very convenient Location near other stores I frequent on a regular basis. Was a lucky find. It is too bad that the storefront does not face the large plaza area where all the customers are for other stores, because unless you would have a reason to come around to the back of their building, you would not know the store was even there. I highly recommend if extra signage is allowed, to do something on the plaza-facing side of the building much larger than what is currently there. The staff is very knowledgeable and the “in and out” for dealing with them has been very efficient. Much nicer than the long, long waits at some other Verizon locations in the area. Angela, the store manager, deserves an extra gold star for handling several equipment crises that developed for my husband and I back in October when we were literally at her front door with the engine running trying to leave on vacation and make it to a hotel destination 200 miles away on time. She saved the day and the trip!”

“This cricket location is the best!! It's a new location it moved from 30th st plaza to east 62 plaza the new address is 2128 Columbus Road NE Canton, OH 44705. I had Melissa she is the new manager and she has manged to make the phone buying experience one to remember. I normally have buyers remorse not after visiting this store and meeting Melissa who is the absolute best. Not to mention as I was leaving a customer was walking in and I learned Melissa also speaks Spanish so she is truly there to help everyone. And not only was my experience at the store was great the service is the best I've ever had compared to boost and metro. “Went in last week to upgrade my daughter’s phone. The associate was so helpful, transparent about costs, and even threw in some accessories! The store was so clean and you could actually look at phones. (Unlike other locations) I’m always frustrated when I have to go into the boost store and feel like I’m not always told the truth about fees, total costs,etc. But now that I know how great this location is, it’s the only one I’ll go to.”
“Tabatha is a LIFE SAVER. We went in for a device protection reason and then all found out I was good for an upgrade. Well she said that it was completely my choice. Wasn’t pushy, nothing. Just straight up with me. The main reason I was looking for a different phone was cause of the charging port hardly ever working. She took it and cleaned it out and got a lotttt of metal out of it. She had worked on it for at least 10 minutes. I’m a welder so it makes sense for the metal to be in there. Now, minding you I have taken this phone to Cell Doc in BV Mall 3-5 times for a cleaning. Paying $20 each time. Still same issue. Even had it done the same day that Tabatha cleaned it. She made it work just like a brand new phone. She is super nice and a great team member of T-Mobile. I’ll definitely be going to see her for any other needs! Thanks Tab!!”

Zachary was very informed and helpful. Not to mention his cheerful demeanor set us up for a fantastic day. I can tell he has been there for a while because he managed to get all of our stuff transferrd and new phones working in less than 30 minutes! Can’t rave enough about this location and its employees.”
“I been with metro for years and I dread going into the store because I feel they try to push stuff onto you.... But let me tell you today was a game changer when I went into the one on Columbus road Northeast Canton Ohio Boo had helped me he listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions very professional was not pushy he was real cool and chill!!! “Wow I walked in on a very irate customer from another store. The guy was able to diffuse the whole situation. He clearly explained why he couldn't help but told her what to say at her home area store. It was impressive.
After that he helped me cancel a line that I tried to cancel at MY home store and on 611. He was kind enough to take time to walk me thru the whole call. I really appreciated that, especially after being bounced around by the others.”
