“Tabatha is a LIFE SAVER. We went in for a device protection reason and then all found out I was good for an upgrade. Well she said that it was completely my choice. Wasn’t pushy, nothing. Just straight up with me. The main reason I was looking for a different phone was cause of the charging port hardly ever working. She took it and cleaned it out and got a lotttt of metal out of it. She had worked on it for at least 10 minutes. I’m a welder so it makes sense for the metal to be in there. Now, minding you I have taken this phone to Cell Doc in BV Mall 3-5 times for a cleaning. Paying $20 each time. Still same issue. Even had it done the same day that Tabatha cleaned it. She made it work just like a brand new phone. She is super nice and a great team member of T-Mobile. I’ll definitely be going to see her for any other needs! Thanks Tab!!”
“I had an outage (which was my fault) I sent a email at 11pm hoping I would get someone to respond the next day... Chris responded within minutes and asked if it was OK he came out that night together my internet back up! No joke 20 minutes later chris was here and by midnight had my internet back up and running! I have never had a personal experience like this before! Internet works amazing service is a 12 out of 10 and after 5years I willL never go anywhere else!
