“This is what Lucky Shoes used to be. Individualized attention, measure your feet, and talk to you about your purpose for new shoes. Plus reasonably priced! Will return when it's time for a new pair. If you're lucky enough, they might have the puppy Hoka in. Dominic was great, but Hoka stole the show.”

“I walked in and heard nothing, I had seen at least 3 workers and none of them greeted me. Not trying to be picky or saying they thought I wasn’t going to purchase anything because I look like a kid, but a welcome in would have been nice. I looked around with no acknowledgement and as I was leaving, I got a “Have a good day” from a worker that was standing at the counter since I had walked in. Really nice store overall though, was just expecting a more social environment.”
“The owner is always so nice and helpful anytime I go in. They have a great selection and anytime I want something they don't have in stock, she'll help me order it. Good prices and quality. Highly recommend.”
“Stopped by today with a buddy to check out new putters and ended up meeting Jim. Since the store wasn’t too busy, he let us try out some drivers and irons. Jim was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable he gave me great tips and even fitted me for a new set of irons. Because of his service, I’ll definitely be getting my next set from Golf Galaxy. He was not only professional, but also one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve met. Jim also watched my putting stroke and recommended a putter that felt perfect. I ended up sinking a 50-foot putt on the first hole with it today. Huge thanks to Jim his help is definitely going to level up my game.”
“When I went i unfortunately didn't end up buying anything but the guy and the girl that was working were very nice and helpful. I was trying to find a shirt to go with the igloo 11's. They only had children's shirts to match the shoes. But they were pretty helpful on helping my find some stores that might have something in stock in person”

“I bought my daughter a pair of shoes online for Christmas that ended up being too big. For the life of me couldn’t find the email receipt. Every employee was so helpful. Jas looked up my order with my phone number (life saver!). Unfortunately the shoe was sold out but they gave me a refund and sent me over to Kids Footlocker where it was in stock and $25 cheaper! No clue she could even still fit kids sizes. Apparently a kids size 6 is equivalent to a womens 7.5! Everyone at Kids Footlocker was awesome too. Not every day you get such good customer service. I’ll look at Footlocker first from now on.”
