“This automotive shop lives true to its name! I took my car to them to have some work done, and they did a great job. I had a problem with my payment. They worked with me without any reservations. This was a bigJob with a big balance. They divided my payment up into 3 payments. Where it was affordable for me to pay. They didn't try to keep my car until the payments were made, or talk to me disrespectful. They did an amazing job with my vehicle. I will always be a repeat customer.”

“We always seem to run out of oil (heat) on the coldest day of the year… and it’s always on a weekend. We woke up freezing Saturday morning and I called Germantown Oil. “For oil changes, I bounce back and forth between Jiffy Lube and Valvoline, based on who has the shortest wait. My most recent experience, was here about 2 weeks ago. I get a 30 minute lunch break, and everyone would be closed when I got off work, so I went on my lunch. I drove passed Valvoline, as they had a huge line. Jiffy Lube, had no wait. They got me in, and were speedy enough I made it back to work before my 30 minutes were up. My only complaint is, they didn’t take down my name to pull up my file there. I have one, and they always print the receipt with my name for my car records I keep. Also, they did not bother to tell me if my oil was low when I came in or not, because I have the smallest leak and I need to know that it’s not getting worse. This is why I have my oil changed pretty often. The receipt didn’t have my info. It also didn’t have information if anything was low or wrong when they checked the car over. Most places I’ve been too, including Jiffy Lube’s, usually have this all on your receipt. Therefore, I don’t know if anything was wrong. Other than that, if you’re looking for speedy and cheap service, this is a good place to go.”

“I had a nail in my tire and CeCe was able to repair it vs. having to buy a new one. CeCe's customer service is phenomenal! I spoke with her a few months ago regarding a battery for my stepdaughter's car. At that time she again had great customer service. Also the knowledge she has in the service department is excellent! CeCe had quite a few customers as I was waiting and she managed them like a champ. It's hard to come by good customer service nowadays, but CeCe gave me hope. I will definitely be returning to Walmart Service Center in Middletown. CeCe is personable and professional! She deserves a raise!Service: Tires”

Didn’t pressure me into getting new tires and they were very professional and helpful. Went back for new tires and was very pleased with the service!!
